He was pleased to hear that Gabby agreed to giving her phone number out. She must have trusted him to text or call her to meet up later. It was pehaps an informal way of asking her out on a date, thinking of that irony in that he smiled to himself as he polietly declined with a dismissive wave, he then pointed to his head and smiled. "I don't need paper, just say it and I'll remember it." He had just been talking to her about his power, and he guessed that there would have beent things other people would do as a second nature to them - just like writing things down on paper to remember or to give to another - but he didn't need either.
(sorry it's majority short, I'm so tired)

Gabby couldn't believe how stupid she'd been. He had just told her about his remarkable ability to remember things, and she offered to write her number down on a piece of paper.
"Sorry, I never even thought about that" she smiled, before taking a breath and continuing to talk. "Well it's 07994-555-3450, you can call me or text me any time you like" she said with a warm smile.
Gabby had no idea what would come out of their meeting for her to talk over her problems, but she found she didn't care too much. Jacob seemed a really lovely guy, and even if they only became friends at the end of all of this, it would be better than having not met him at all.
[ooc: dont worry, happens to the best of us]

Jacob couldn't help but smile at her. She was sweet, the things she said and did. Her mannerisms weren't something he was used to by all means, but it was refereshing to see that although she had a terrible memory, her demeanour on the outside was nothing more than sweet. He wondered what would happen, spending more and more time with her, but could only think of the good things that would surcome to meeting again.
He nodded as she rattled off her number, he was grateful for what, some might ask, but deep down, if this chance meeting hadn't occurred - he wouldn't of met her. And a world without good people isn't a world at all. Lowering his head, and kicking the dirt somewhat around his feet he decided that this would now be a good time to exit. So, glancing back up at the grey eyes of Gabby, he smiled, "Well, this is my cue." he concluded gently. "Thank you for your number, I'll be in contact."

Gabby was glad she had met this charming man, and she hoped that their future meetings with the counselling would help her to get over what happened to her in the past. She thought he was a wonderful man, very handsome, and very, very kind, but right now Gabby wasn't sure about a new romance quite yet. She had her heart broken when Michael had deserted her.
"You're welcome, and I look forward to hearing from you" Gabby said, as she watched him walk off, and she left to make her way back home again.
