January 1st, 2009
Mohinder Suresh should have been resting, but today of all days. He decided that he would finally get started on that formula that he had been neglecting for the last few weeks. He just hoped that he still had job at Pinehearst. To be honest he hadn’t work since December 24th, 2008 at Pinehearst, but that was only to make an appearance and scan the formula into his computer so he could figure out the formula while he was away to India.
He sighed as he walked through the doors of Pinehearst and showed his ID card to get clearance. The guard gave him the go ahead and he headed towards the laboratory that he was supposed to be working in. He logged into the computers and pulled up the formula. As he pulled up the formula he noticed that his account had 47 messages. He clicked on all them and read through them. It was kind of odd some of the messages were Happy Holidays.
Mohinder deleted all the messages and clicked off the e-mail screen focusing on the task at hand. How to figure out how to make the formula? He knew that the formula was going to be missing a part and he wasn’t going to inform anyone of that unless by chance they read his mind and figured out that the catalyst needed to complete the formula was Peter Petrelli and not Claire Bennet.
Of course, what was the use in hiding that information from Pinehearst? A lot of people in this building had abilities and someone was bound to have telepathy beside Sylar in the building. He closed his eyes as he tried to remember who Sylar told him who had telepathy in the building. He opened his eyes when he figured out the other person. It was Arthur Petrelli. Well, he had just probably got a death sentence out of this. Just his luck.
He shook his head as he thought about his death sentence. He decided to place the thought in the back of his mind and just started on the formula. The good thing about starting this formula that he was putting off was that he understood the equations and aspects of the formula. To be perfectly honest, this was the same formula that he was given his abilities from. However, he didn’t make that formula. He was given an injection that was from Angela Petrelli. He sighed as he started to mix some chemicals together, hoping no one would disturb him.
