Of course Bruce didn't let Emilie go looking for Stephen. Bruce would know, if he already lost a daughter, and his son had just gone missing, he and Carla would want to stay as close as possible to their last remaining of the 3 children they had. But, Emilie wouldn't have to go looking, because Michelle would never be killed, and Stephen wouldn't go missing, either.
"I swear, if there is blood pumping in my veins and a breath in me, Emilie, Michelle will survive, and Stephen will not go missing. And Michelle's killer, he, or she, will not be a threat anymore." Bruce imagined himself grabbing the killer around the throat and burning his breath away.

Emilie listened as her mother, Carla said in a very protective way that she and Bruce would not let anything happen to either Michelle or Stephen. Then Carla hugged her, Emilie instinctively put her head on Carla's shoulder and began to sob. "Your hugs are just the same now as they are in the future, it feels so good mom" Emilie said, she no longer felt it weird to call Carla mom and Bruce dad, after all, they were her parents, it didn't matter to Emilie that they were the same age as she was just now.
Her dad also then went on to say that while blood pumped through his veins and he had a breath in him that nothing would happen to Michelle or Stephen. He also said that the people would no longer be a threat. Emilie wasn't sure what he meant by that, but she found she didn't care so long as Michelle and Stephen were safe.
"I believe you dad, I do" she then pulled out of the hug from Carla and jumped up and threw her arms around Bruce, hugging him tightly, "I love you so much dad, you're so good with us and this hug feels just like the hugs you give me in the future also" Emilie said, as she cried some more.

Carla began to feel a lot better when Bruce said quite strongly that he would make sure nothing happened to either Michelle or Stephen. She was glad that her daughter had been strong enough at the age of seventeen to come to this time to warn them to make sure that the bad things never happened. Carla was really proud of Emilie and she figured she'd be just as proud of her in the future also.
Emilie then said that Carla's hugs were just as good now as they were in the future and called her mom, which touched Carla's heart, she actually felt herself tear up slightly. "Oh Emilie" Carla said softly into the girl's ear as she soothed her hair down. "I'm so proud of you, even if it does feel strange saying this to my teenage daughter while she's still inside me growing."
Emilie then got up and threw her arms around Bruce and hugged him tightly, after she said she believed he would stop the bad things from happening. It was such a nice heart warming sight to see. It made Carla get up from the sofa and walk toward the both of them and join in the hug.
"She's not the only one who loves you Bruce" Carla said softly as she put her one arm around Emilie and one around Bruce and hugged them both. "We'll make this work, just you wait and see" Carla added.

Emilie, his daughter, Bruce and Carlas daughter from the future, was starting to get emotional about seeing her parents again. But, well, the younger versions of her parents. Bruce smiled when she told Carla that her hugs were the same. Carlas hugs wouldn't change, he had had enough of them to know that by now.
When Emilie came over to him and called him Dad, it was weird for Bruce. It was, pleasant, but a shock. She told him she loved him, and that was a shock aswell, but he was easily able to tell her he loved her back. Carla said the same thing to him, and hugged them both, and suddenly he was hugging both his girls, but one of them was in Carlas tummy at the same time, it was weird.

[ooc: I declare this thread finished - nothing I can really reply to, happy family ending - suggest starting one with Stephen but he doesn't get on often to respond]
