The whole time since she had been in the lane with Henry and the other older guy, Rebekah had been slipping in and out of consciousness. Just before the older guy had lifted her into his arms, Rebekah saw the familiar face and heard the familiar voice of Ryan. He had arrived, and from what she could tell she had quickly been passed from the older guy's arms into Ryan's arms. She came around at that point, very briefly to give Ryan a very weak smile.

"R...ya...n" she said slowly before slipping into unconsciousness again. The next thing she felt was being swooped up into the air, as Ryan flew with her. Assuming he was taking her to the hospital given the state she was in and her main injury. Rebekah wasn't aware of what was going on as she remained unconscious again for a few moments, but as she once again came round she saw Ryan swooping down, not outside a hospital but outside a house.

She had no energy to question it however, but she did at that point start to think about Luke. He would be so worried about her, because she hadn't been in contact with him tonight like she normally always was. Taking in small sharp breaths, "L..uke" she said soft, as her eyes closed again.

Just at that point Rebekah began to see her life flash before her eyes. She saw how happy her parents were when she was born, the sadness of them dying in the car accident when she was five. All the foster families she had been with, the happiness of the final family before they were murdered. Meeting Ryan, the happiness of it, meeting Luke, Luke and Ryan's faces the last she was seeing before she saw the bright white light and took her last breath.

Back in the scene in the Lane. Ryan hard the faint sounds of Rebekah's voice. She seemed so out of it. It amazed Ryan that she was able to speak. A moment ago she was passed out. Not knowing were she was or who had did this to her. Ryan felt like he was her only chance to save her. He was flying threw the air very fast but he didn't want to over do it. He couldn't let the wind seep into her wounds. Ryan hugged her tightly in his arms to protect them from the cold winds of the night. It was good that it was night time. He could fly low to the ground without being noticed by the people down below. Air was colder as they flew higher.

Ryan flew over his steel locked gates. They had become useful at the moment. Ryan hit the ground with a thump. He retracted his wings. Feeling them going into his spine. He ran to the door and unlocked it with his finger scan. Just how rich do you have to be to have a finger scan key pad? He leaned Rebekah up agents the door as it processed. The thing felt like it took forever to beep him in and unlock the doors. As it did so Ryan rushed her to his room. He chose his room because he knew that there was nobody who went in there besides him. It would be a safe haven for Ryan and Rebekah without any wondering eyes.

As Ryan made his way twords the the room Rebekah whispered a name. "Luke?" He had not heard of a Luke before. Ryan felt a little confused and worried. She had said Ryan's name at the Lane scene and now in his home she called for another. A man by the name of Luke. This wasn't as much a scary thought that Ryan had but just a thought of who he was. Were he came from and why now on the brink of death would Rebekah call for him?

Rebekah's hart beat seemed to be getting faint. Her breathing slowed. Her skin tone became lighter and lighter. Eyes becoming dreary and closed. Ryan saw the blood coming from her wounds. He quickly ripped her shirt and saw that her lung had been punctured. Ryan held his hand inside her skin. He aimed for her damaged Lung. It looked like the most damage that needed to be addressed right way. Ryan used the other lung as an example and created another one to match the good one. He fused it within her body. Hoping that she would pull threw. The pain will be enormous as if the new lung was having tiny needles poke at it. However once the pain subsides she will be safe.

Ryan gripped her hands. Blood on both it couldn't be that she has lost so much blood. " Hang in there Bex. Your going to get threw this." Ryan told her. He then recreated her blood closed the wound and waited in silence praying that she will make it out of this. Only thing that he could do was to wait for her to come around. As he gripped her hands he noticed a cell phone. "Luke.... He must have his number. If she wanted him to be here then i should get what she wants." Ryan told himself searching threw the phone for his number. And then he found it. He sent Luke a text on Rebekahs phone. {Want you here. In trouble please come quick.} he texted followed by his address.

The last thing Rebekah had remembered was flying in Ryan's arms as he took her back to his apartment and the last thing she saw were Ryan and Luke's faces as she saw a bright light. It was telling her she should head toward it, but as she headed toward it, she saw two very familiar faces telling her she was to go back. Those two faces were her parents. She hadn't seen them for such a long time, yet she remembered those faces, those smiles, those kind eyes. While she was arguing with her parents at heaven's gate about staying or going she was unaware that Ryan was working some sort of miracle with his own hands.

As she lost the argument with her parents and the bright light began to fade, she could hear Ryan's voice in the distance, and her the feeling of her hands being gripped very tightly. As she tried to bring herself round to the pleading voice of Ryan she could feel the immense pain of what had happened to her previously in the lane. She took in a small breath, it was still painful, but not like it was before, and she found her breathing a lot easier.

She opened her eyes slowly, and tried to move her hands, as she did so, she closed her fingers around Ryan's hands, and squeezed very gently. "Ryan" she said softly, as she tried to look at him giving him a weak smile. "You came for me" she added just as softly and then she looked around wondering if Luke was there, but without moving too much because she was still in a bit of pain, she couldn't see him.

"Luke?" she asked with a smile, "Is Luke here?" then she realised Ryan wouldn't even know who Luke was. Last time they had spoken she hadn't anybody special in her life, and she had told Ryan that. Now was different. Now she had Luke, and she knew he would be worrying about her now. "Luke, my new boyfriend" she started to explain softly, "he'll be worried about me" she added. Rebekah had two very special men in her life now, Ryan who was as good as a brother and Luke. She never wanted to lose either of them.

Ryan felt that Rebekah was breathing again. It was soon back to normal. It was a huge relief as Ryan thought she would be ok now. The worst was over and he could tell she was going to be alright. Just the sound of her breaths soothed him. Making his worries slowly fade away. Then Rebekah's piercing eyes slowly opened. Ryan gave a wide smile. He loved those eyes of hers. It was the first thing he noticed when they were younger. Ryan felt Rebeca's hands try to squeeze his own. She was still very weak and didn't have much strength in them. "Welcome back Bex." He said quietly. His voice was scratchy as he was almost in tears. He was happy she was alright.

Rebekah then stated that Ryan had came for her. Ryan continued to smile. " I'll always come back for you. No matter were i am I will be there for you. " He told her. Rebekah then called for this Luke once again. Ryan sighed Luke wasn't hear and Ryan didn't even know if this guy would show up. He didn't know who he was for that matter. Were he was and if he had gotten the message Ryan had left him. Ryan just looked at Rebekah. " Hes not." He answered her question. " I sent him a Text he should be on his way. Don't worry hell be here if i have to fly him hear myself. " He told Rebekah jokingly. Of course Ryan couldn't do that but he gave a little wink to Rebekah.

She went on to explain that Luke was her new boyfriend. Ryan was thrown back. She had a boy friend? Ryan didn't know if it was a good idea for her to have one.Ryan would have to meet him and sort of interagate him to make sure he was ok and wouldn't hurt her. Ryan liked the fact that she had someone to look after her. Someone to be there for her when he wasn't able to. Ryan stepped got up for a moment. " Ill be right back." He told her and left her in the room alone for about two minuets.

He then returned with a glass of water. " Here drink this. " He told Rebekah and tilted her head up as he handed her the glass. " You must be thirsty from all of this. It will make you feel better. " He told her. Then he puffed up a pillow. He placed it under her head. " Lean back and relax. Don't force yourself to move to much. Your still healing. My ability only allowed me to replace your damaged lung and create new cells for your body to use. Still you have to give them time to bound with your own." Ryan told her. Then he smirked a little.

He walked over to his borrow. With his back turned he started to laugh. Then he stopped. " You have a piece of me inside you now. Were ever you go I'll be there. " He told her joking. Then he took a small box hidden under some of his junk. He walked back to her. " I wanted to give you something." He slowly crept over to her nd handed her the box. " I want you to live here with me. I want you to stay with me and move in. I know that it might be hard at first but i think it could work. Just until I find these people attacking you. " Ryan offered. He truly wanted her to stay at his house in order to protect her.

" Inside the box is a ring. " Ryan Begin to tell her. Then he showed her his Earth ring, on it was a message. "Save the world." He read out loud. " I saved you because you are my world." Ryan told Rebekah. " I want you to have the hart ring. It will protect you." Ryan told her.

Luke had just been in his flat, doing nothing in particular when he had received a text from Rebekah. Luke read it quickly. Want you here. In trouble please come quick. Then an address. Luke didn’t need another second, before he was teleporting himself to the address, wanting to find out what had happened. He arrived outside a building, looking in. He ran forwards, getting to a window, before teleporting to the other side.

From there he needed to find Rebekah now, and began to teleport out into a hall, immediately searching for any kind of sound, something to lead him to her. He kept moving, running now instead of teleporting, until he could hear something. He teleported forwards, through a door, and then he saw Rebekah, moving towards her quickly.

“I came.” He began, taking in a breath. “As fast as I could.” Then he remembered that there had been some sort of trouble. “What happened?” He asked quickly, teleporting over to her, she looked like she had been in pain, and Luke wondered just how something like this could have happened. He wished he could have got there sooner, to have helped in some way, just some way.

He then noticed Ryan, not knowing who he was. “Who are you?” He said quickly, before a momentary panic set in. Did this person know about people with abilities, even though Luke had just shown him his. And why did he care at the minute, his attention should be on Rebekah for the minute at least, shouldn’t it? Everything seemed to be happening so quickly now, like a blur that he couldn’t control however much he just wanted to slow it down. He needed to know what was going on, and find out how it had happened.

Rebekah smiled when she heard Ryan's voice welcoming her back. She needed to hear it. It was already making her feel slightly stronger. She knew the only reason why she was here was because Ryan had done something to save her. She had remembered seeing those golden gates and the bright light.

"You saved me Ryan" Rebekah said softly, although she should have known Ryan would do everything he could to save her, after all he had been so angry when he found out about her being attacked when she saw him a couple of weeks ago.

Ryan then said he would always come back for her. She knew that was true, but it was something she couldn't help but wonder, one of these days he might not be there for her. She thought her parents were always going to be there for her until they died in the car crash all those years ago.

"I know Ryan, I hope you'll always be here for me, I don't think I could ever lose you" she said softly, her voice being constantly soft just now, because she simply didn't have the energy to talk any louder. So Luke wasn't there yet. This saddened her slightly. Of course she was grateful to Ryan saving her life and being there for her, but having Luke there also would be even better.

"If you text him, he'll get here" Rebekah said in a sure voice, that was one thing she was sure about with Luke, even in the short time she'd known him, when ever she sent him a text, he always appeared. He didn't seem to say anything about the mention of Luke being her boyfriend. She hoped Ryan would be alright with the idea and she hoped that they would get on well with each other, because if not, life could get very awkward, because Rebekah wouldn't want to give up on either of them.

He then left for a couple of moments and when he came back he had some water. He then told her to drink some, tilting her head forward. She did as she was told and took some of the water. When she had finished, she smiled at Ryan, "Thank you, feels much better" she said, meaning that her throat wasn't as dry any more. Ryan then got a pillow and put it behind her, telling her to relax.

"Don't worry I intend to relax" she said giving him a weak smile as he then went on to talk about replacing her damaged lung and creating cells for her to heal. She still felt very weak and tender and tired, so she wasn't about to do anything too soon which could make her more ill. Afterward he began to joke about her having a piece of him inside of her now.

She thought it was quite sweet in a way, like she'd always have a part of Ryan with her. "It makes me feel like no matter where I am, you're with me" Rebekah said telling the truth, but also saying it in a light way, as Ryan had been joking with her a little too. He then told her had something to give her, and handed her a box, but also said he wanted her to move in with him. She had a feeling that might have happened when she was almost killed.

"I'd like that Ryan, but what about Luke?" she asked a little sadly, "Because he stays in Costa Verde like me, I wouldn't get to see him so much, would I? But I would love to be with you more" she said, so that she wouldn't hurt Ryan's feelings, because being with him was very important to her, just as important has having Luke in her life as well now. She then gently leaned forward, putting her arms around Ryan's neck in to hug him.

"I love you Ryan, you're like the big brother I never had" she said into his ear, "I wish you actually were my brother" she added, as she bit back some tears, as she felt a lump rise in her throat. What she had said was kind of emotional. Ryan spoke about his ring, and what it said about saving the world. That he saved her because she was his world. "And you're mine" she said softly, as she opened the box and saw the heart ring. She put the ring on her finger, "Thank you Ryan" she said smiling, as she looked down at the ring on her finger.

Soon after, she heard some movement and wondered what had caused it, trying not to move too quickly, but she realised who it was when they appeared beside her and spoke. It was Luke, he had finally arrived. She smiled up at him. "Luke you're here" she said softly, still feeling weak. "Doesn't matter how long, you're here now" she added, and then he asked what was wrong. She took in a deep gentle breath.

"I was attacked again Luke, I almost died, Ryan had to create me a new lung, I still feel weak, have to wait on it bonding with my own blood" she explained as best she could, Ryan could always explain it some more if need be.

Luke then asked who Ryan was. "Luke, this is Ryan, I told you about him, he's like my older brother, Ryan, this is Luke" she said softly as she introduced them both, looking from Luke to Ryan giving them both weak smiles. They had to get on with each other, because it could get very awkward otherwise.

As Rebekah said that she wouldn't ever want to loose Ryan he felt like he was now bound to protect her. If she had felt this strongly about there relationship Ryan couldn't just leave her. Especially after her attacks. Ryan didn't think it was a coincident that Rebekah had been getting attacked. It had to be because of her ability. It seemed that these abilities do more harm then good most of the time. Rebekah replied about that man she kept on mentioning. Luke or what ever. Ryan just nodded and gave a small grunt as Rebekah said he will be here.

"Bex I wouldn't trust just anybody. You don't know what kind of games these people who attacked you are playing. This guy could be tipping them off were you are or something. I'm just saying be cearful around him." Ryan told Rebekah. To him it didn't make sense. These mysterious attacks and now a unknown man moving in on Rebekah's life. It was a good thing Ryan had plans for her to move in with him. He felt like they have no idea about each other any more. Not like when they were little and told each other everything.

Ryan remembered waiting on the bus ride home to run and tell Rebekah about his adventures and pranks he'd pull on the teachers. It was those memories that made Ryan miss his child hood. Apart from his time with Rebekah and combat training he was depressed his entire childhood. Forced to test his limits and be put into harsh conditions. If it wasn't for Rebekah being there Ryan would have gone crazy. He could have very well ended up a villain. Rebekah's words always cheered him up. Even if she just sat in silence and listened to his stories and ideas gave Ryan something to live for. She was younger then him but still Ryan needed someone to just be with when nobody else cared.

As Rebekah thanked him for the glass of water Ryan smiled. " Your welcome. " He simply said. He brushed off his thoughts of the past. They will forever haunt him but as long as he had Rebekah there he felt like he could do anything. And would do anything for her. She said she had felt better and she was going to relax. Ryan laughed. " You better that lung was pretty hard to make, don't want to have to do it again. " He told Rebekah trying to lighten the mood. As he gave her a wink. He laughed at what Rebekah said about always being with her. Though he knew that she truly meant it. That sentence comforted Ryan and he was happy to hear those words.

Ryan took the empty glass of water. He was going to put it on the desk. Then suddenly a strange guy came teliporting into his bedroom. He started to talk out of breath about how he came here as fast as he could and he seemed like her knew Rebekah. Ryan was just in shock that a man teliported into his bedroom. That was so odd. He had never seen a teliporter before. Despite being a company brat. This shock made him drop the empty glass on the floor. It shattered into three large peaces. Luckily it didn't brake all over the place.

This man then suddenly asked who Ryan was. Like this wasn't HIS house and HIS room and HIS childhood friend on HIS bed. Ryan snapped back into reality, " Who am I?" He repeated to make sure he heard him right. " Who are you?" He redirected it as that was more logical. "I'm Ryan." He added as he mine as well answer the question if he hoped to avoid confusion. But a little to late for that seeing as Luke whom Ryan didn't know just teliported into his room after his sister had almost died. For some strange reason Ryan didn't feel like killing this guy. He actually liked him but of course he didn't know him yet so that could change.

Then Rebekah explained and introduced them to each other. Ryan nodded "ooh so this is that guy you were calling out to before." Ryan muttered slowly piecing everything together now. But then Rebekah just had to mention the bit about Adam creating a new lung for her and all. Ryan quickly gave her a noogie. " No not literally. I mean thats strange right people just cant go on creating any old body part they chose that would be freaky and ..... weird. I certainly cant do all of that. Nope not me. I cant even create new cells to heal, Funny Rebekah your still half asleep. Ignore her .... Luke right? Yeah shes crazy." Ryan said in panic mode. Ryan didn't want this man to know about his abilities just yet. He didn't trust him. He could be right about him tipping the people off about Rebekah. But if Ryan's reaction didn't prove he was lying certainly his awkward fake laugh afterwords would have done the trick.

Luke felt concern for Rebekah, someone had come after her again. How many times would this happen to her. He felt like he should stop them, find where they lived, and gave them a little trip, to the North Pole. He could if he wanted to, and right now he felt like doing it, just to protect Rebekah from anything like it ever happening to her again. She just simply didn’t deserve it at all, considering all that she had been through already.

“I’m Luke.” He said, looking at Ryan, before Rebekah introduced them. He had slight reservations about Ryan, he was obviously rich, while Luke had never seen much money in all his life. Perhaps it made him feel intimidated by everything or something like that.

Then Rebekah said something about Ryan having made her a new lung, and then Ryan seemed to be fumbling around the subject, trying to make it seem like he didn’t or something like it. “I can teleport.” He said to Ryan, “So if you can do something like it, you can tell me.” Ryan would have already seen him teleporting, so actually it made little difference whether or not he told him, it would have been the only logical explanation as to how he had got through the door.

Rebekah hadn't expected Ryan to react to the news about Luke quite the way he had. She knew he was doing out of being protective, but Rebekah knew Luke well enough now to know that he wouldn't do such a thing. Besides she had been attacked a few times before she had even met Luke. So it didn't make any sense to be blaming Luke, as if he would do such a thing as tip off people. She remembered when she told him about almost dying, and the attacks, he had seemed really upset about it. Of course Luke wasn't a part of it all. How could he be.

"I know what you're saying Ryan, but Luke isn't like that, you'll see when you meet, besides, these attacks were happening way before I met Luke anyway" Rebekah explained softly, giving Ryan a weak smile hoping he would understand.

Rebekah let her mind drift back to her childhood from the moment she had met Ryan, even at that age he had always been protective of her. He knew how to look after her, and they had formed their close friendship and bond all those years ago. Rebekah remembered thinking that if she could have chosen to have a brother, Ryan would have been the brother she would have chosen. It wasn't easy seeing him and keeping in touch however, because Rebekah was constantly being shipped from one foster home to another.

Now, here she was lying on Ryan's bed, recovering from a rather nasty attack waiting on her boyfriend arriving. She smiled weakly at Ryan, "Don't worry, your good work wont go to waste" Rebekah replied grinning, feeling somewhat a little stronger. She knew Ryan was teasing her, so she was just teasing him back. It was the kind of thing siblings did to each other. Ryan had added he didn't want to have to do it again. Heal her in the way he had, to be truthful Rebekah didn't want to be in that position where Ryan would have to do it again. Hopefully that would be the end of it all now.

When Luke suddenly appeared when he teleported into Ryan's room, Rebekah watched the exchange between the two. It was very important to Rebekah they both got on, and if they didn't it was going to be very strange for her, after all, the last thing you wanted was for your brother (okay, surrogate brother) not to get on well with your boyfriend. It was so easy for Rebekah to think of Ryan as her brother these days.

"Yes, this is who I was calling out for" Rebekah confirmed with a weak smile and then watched as Ryan tried to fumble his way through saying he hadn't done what he had done to help her. Rebekah could see right through Ryan, he was still worried Luke was contacting the people who had been attacking her. She raised her eyebrow and sighed a little. "Ryan, stop being so defensive, Luke would never do anything to hurt me, he'd protect me with his life, just like you would do" Rebekah tried to explain, and held her hand out for Luke to take. Rebekah smiled as Luke explained to Ryan about his ability and if Ryan had done what Rebekah had suggested, just to say so.

Besides, the last thing she wanted was for Luke to think she was crazy, nice one Ryan she thought, and laughed to herself a little.

Luke stated who he was. Ryan smiled. He soon forgot his previous judgment and assumptions of him. At first he thought he was tipping off the people who attacked Rebekah. But then he got to thinking. Rebekah was an excellent judge of character. She would have suspected something herself. he kept saying that Luke was important to her. Ryan then for a brief moment felt as if he might be replaced as the one who Rebekah liked the most in this world. As Ryan liked Rebekah the most out of everyone in his life. It was a mutual relationship and feeling. But now Ryan was feeling differently. Why did everything have to be a competition? Both Luke and Ryan could be loved just the same and Ryan was ok with that. He actually welcomed that idea and thought it would be better.

Ryan kneel-ed. He picked up the broken pieces of glass. " So your Luke? Rebekah was calling for you. She apparently cares for you very much. o much even uncontentious and barley able to breath she managed to say your name." Ryan told the man who now stud before him. He kept glancing over to Rebekah to see her reactions. " If Rebekah loves you this much then i know we could be good Friends also. Me and Rebekah have a strong relationship. Were so close that we mind as well be brother and sister. I hope you understand that i didn't mean to accuse you of anything before its just that..." He paused as he stood up broken pieces in his hand. " I couldn't forgive myself if i let anything happen to her. " Ryan stated. Rebekah then confirmed that her attacks were happening before Luke. Ryan thought that if they were before she even meet him then it would seem as he had nothing to do with the attacks.

He then placed the broken pieces on the counter. The same one were he got the ring from. This reminded him of the others he had. (Could this man be a ring wielder also? Would he be open to that? Would i freak him out if i ask? How would Rebekah react to that? ) Questions came across his mind jumping around. Ryan didn't think he would ask the man just yet. After all they had just met. The last thing Ryan would want to do is scare him off and make him think that Rebekah's brother was a crazy person with weird jewelery. Jewelry that grants a person an ability.

Luke told Ryan that he could teliport. Ryan had seen him do it. But he thought he was maybe imagining things at first. Still that was a stretch but now he had confirmation that this man could actually teliport. Ryan smiled. That was a very cool ability. One that Ryan himself would love to have. Be anyplace at anytime. Ryan could get to Rebekah quickly, Just as Luke had done. Perhaps it was a good ability for him aswel. He could get to Rebekah much faster then Ryan could. Rebekah was that much safer with two guys looking out for her. This gave Ryan an idea.

Ryan put aside this new idea for a moment as he was told to stop being defensive. That Luke would protect her and that he himself could trust him. He didn't have to worry about useless things like betrayal from Luke. Ryan took these words from Rebekah to hart. She was right. Ryan was judging him before he got to know him. Before they could become Friends. He was wrong. How could he think that? Never before has Ryan judged anyone. It was weird how his nervousness and unsteady thoughts and feelings for Rebekah's safety had gotten the best of him. Ryan wasn't thinking clearly. He was distracted. It seemed a million things were going on at once.

Ryan's life was beginning to get more and more complex. Ryan decided he would tell Luke about his ability. It would let them both know that Ryan would try to be more open and trustworthy. That he could trust Luke with his secret as Rebekah did with hers. Ryan nodded. " Ok, yes i have an ability. My power can create and manipulate any body parts i wish. I can heal be creating new cells. Give any amount of blood...." Ryan uses this ability to create blood all the time. Every week he makes his way down to a blood drive and donates massive amounts of blood to hospitals and tries to help the sick this way. It was sort of like being a secrete hero. Not one to fight the bad guys but still trying to help out the people who needed it most.

Ryan continued his description of his ability. " I can create bones and harden them as well as my skin to be as strong as steal. " He told them. He did this by manipulating certain DNA within his body. Taking or given extra added protein or other things that would change the density within them. " I can stretch myself out and actually use my abilities like that old guy from that comic fantastic four. Forgot his name." Ryan said as he couldn't remember Mr.fantastic or stretch. Reed Richards was his real name. But for gods sake Mr. fantastic was in the name of the team which he did remember. Getting off topic Ryan pulled himself together.

" I can enhance my senses and also my movements. I have complete control over all bodily functions. I could even create body parts that people would never have, Such as a tail or wings. " Ryan told Luke as well as Rebekah Refreshing her memory. Then Ryan paused to think of what else he could do. He thought that was about the gist of it. He nodded. " Yup thats all i can do. I call this ability the Frankenstein. " Ryan told him. Proud of himself for having such an ability. Though Ryan's ability an personality were alike in many ways it was hard to control them. His ability is driven on emotions. Different emotions can cause Ryan to loose his restraints he has to forever have and focus on.

Getting back to his idea he had before he began to describe his ability. He turned to Luke. " Hey, Me and Rebekah were talking before you arrived. We were discussing her moving in with me. I Have more then enough room here. I live mostly by myself apart from my staff. How would you like to move in with her? " Ryan blurted out. He wasn't sure what Luke feelings twords this would be. He thought Rebekah would like that idea but Luke didn't even know Ryan. He had just met him. Ryan would feel better if he did decide to. It would fill the emptiness of this large house Ryan couldn't bear to sell as his father had bought it when Ryan was very small. He grew up here. Memories of his dad still lurked in the walls.

Luke felt a bit weird that Rebekah had been calling form him while she had been dying. He realised that he must then mean an awful lot to her, and she meant the exact same to him. He was speechless about this, with no idea what he could even say to it.

Then Ryan that they could be friends. Luke had no problems with this. “Cool.” He said. “I’ll do my best to make sure nothing happens to her as well.” Luke would honestly most likely defend Rebekah to the death if he had to, though he hoped that it wouldn’t even end up coming to that, he could use his ability to defend himself pretty well anyway.

Then Ryan talked about his ability, to create new body parts and stuff like that. It was a cool thing to be able to do – and it would be useful almost all the time. If you could heal people, and give them new limbs that would be really helpful.

Then he was asked if he wanted to move into Ryan’s house. He honestly didn’t know what to say at all. “Erm, thanks, you sure?” He said after about a minute.

Rebekah just lay on the bed while Ryan and Luke spoke to each other, well, more Ryan constantly speaking to Luke as if the words which needed to come out were an express train he couldn't stop. She did notice that he kept looking over at her to get her reaction to the things he was saying. There really wasn't very much she could say or do, because it was all true really. She had called for Luke when she was almost dying, and Luke did indeed mean the world to her, but Ryan meant the world to her also.

"It's all true Luke" she said in a tired voice, not because she was tired that Luke was there, just because of everything she had gone through. "You and Ryan are the most important people in my life, I would truly be lost without either of you" she said softly as she looked from one to the other, giving them both a warm smile. "And I know both of you would do anything to protect me" she added.

Rebekah smiled as Ryan then admitted he did have an ability and told Luke about it. At least now she wouldn't appear the crazy sister and girlfriend who had made up a story about her brother creating a new lung for her. She didn't step into this part of the conversation however, just letting the two of them talk to each other for a bit.

As Ryan continued to go into details about his ability, Rebekah felt herself getting more and more tired, and her eyes kept closing over, but she was awake enough to hear Ryan continue to talk to Luke. This made her happy, the fact that her brother and her boyfriend were getting to know each other. They would soon become a little family of their own, and that was all Rebekah had ever wanted.

Now all she had to do was meet Ryan's mother, she had heard him talk fondly of her, and she was sure, that if the woman was even half has nice as Ryan she'd be a wonderful person to know, and she would just become another part of her new family. She would have a boyfriend, a brother and a mother. A proper family, it was really all Rebekah had ever wanted in her life and sadly had never really got.

The one family she had found who loved her despite her ability were cruelly taken away from her in a twist of fate and that was when Rebekah decided to go it alone, as at the time Ryan was busy with his own life. But now, she had him in her life again, and she wasn't about to let go of him again. Ryan had already asked her to move in with him, and she had agreed, because she knew that Luke could teleport to see her when ever he wanted to.

Drifting in and out of sleep and deep in her own thoughts, they were broken suddenly when she heard Ryan mention about Luke moving in with them. This made Rebekah waken again and take notice. Her eyes were huge with anticipation, she couldn't believe Ryan had actually asked Luke to move in with them. She knew he had enough room, but she didn't think for one minute he would actually do it. This was wonderful.

"Ryan you're the best" she said in a loud happy voice, hoping that Luke would say yes. "All three of us together would be amazing" she added with a grin, looking toward Luke hoping for a reaction. He seemed a little shocked from what she could see, but it certainly wasn't an unpleasant shock which she took to be a good thing.

Well he hadn't said no, but he hadn't exactly said yes either, he had asked if Ryan was sure. Rebekah couldn't help herself, "Well of course he's sure, he wouldn't have asked otherwise, would you Ry?" she said in a soft voice, but also with a warm smile. "Oh, Luke please, it would be so good if you could, I'd have that family life I've wanted for so long, and you'd belong to a family again as well" she said, not meaning to sound bad, she was just happy that Ryan had suggested such a thing.

Ryan felt happy Luke had agreed to help save Rebekah. He felt like they were now partners almost. To protect the girl that meant most to them they could actually do more together then separated. Another card in the deck of life. But Ryan felt like Rebekah Luke and himself were a nice hand. He smiled comparing card games to his life. He just was happy Rebekah had found someone like Luke to always be there and protect her. He didn't think she would find another person that would care as for her as he did. Luke was a good addition to her life. Ryan felt better about leaving Rebekah in his care now that he was talking to him. He seemed nice.

Luke seemed like he was hesitant about moving in with him. It would be more convenient for him to b around Rebekah despite the teliport ability he possessed. But Ryan felt like even so it would mean allot to Rebekah. He under-stud if he didn't want to. This was a big house and maybe a little to much to fast. Living with Rebekah and taking there relationship further. It was allot to take in. Ryan had an ability that was somewhat creepy in his eyes and Rebekah clearly wanted Luke to move in. Maybe he felt pressured. " Its OK if you don't want to, but I'm sure it will all work out if you stay. Ill be happy to have you live here with us." Ryan reassured him.

Rebekah told them both that they were the most important people in her life. She would be lost without them. Ryan smirked He was happy to mean that much to her. Mostly because he felt the same way about her as she felt about him. However this made Ryan somewhat sad. He wanted there to be more people in Rebekah's life that made her feel this way. Ryan was no role model. He thought very little of himself when it came to being important. But still he was happy Rebekah felt that way about him. "Rebekah I feel the same way. Your just so special to me." Ryan told her.

Rebekah then told Ryan he was the best. Ryan smiled and laughed a little bit. " Thanks Bex." He replied. Rebekah went on to say that Ryan did mean it when he said that Luke could stay. Ryan nodded. Rebekah asked him if he wouldn't have said that it it wasn't true. "Yeah you welcome to stay here." Ryan told him. Ryan felt sad about what Rebekah had said. About having a family again. Ryan knew that there were some things better left unsaid. Ryan sometimes envied Rebekah. Ryan's family wasn't exactly the picture perfect bunch.

Nathan was a evil man hunting his own kind. Peter was A wall and Ryan's father was dead. So far only Peter had been seen as a hero in the eyes of others. Nathan and Daniel were seen as the villains and Ryan's mother was morally gray at best. She had a good hart but her discussions like his fathers weren't the best ones. Ryan felt like he was the odd one out in his family. He loved them all despite not having meet his brothers. But Ryan felt like Rebekah was his true sibling. He didn't understand that saying. Blood is thicker then water, Rebekah meant more to him then his family. Ryan didn't even know half of them. Then Ryan thought about something. He didnt press the isue but it had to do with the hunters.

Luke was really happy that he was being offered somewhere to stay. He had never been offered anywhere to stay before - it was more like him getting kicked out of places. It was amazing to him that after all the bad things that he had gone through maybe there was something good at the end – Rebekah.

He smiled. “Thank you for giving me somewhere to live.” He said. It would be amazing to have somewhere proper to live: he thought that even some of the schools he had ended up in would have been smaller that this place.

He looked across at Rebekah on the bed. She definitely wanted this, and if it was going to make her happy, then Luke would only be too happy to move in. He had got lonely on his own – no matter how much he had tried to hide it for himself, it was just a fact.

Rebekah just sat quietly and gave a warm smile as Ryan said to Luke he understood if he didn't want to move in, but that he was sure it would all work out if he did. Rebekah agreed, she couldn't think of anything better, she'd not only be closer to Ryan who she regarded as a brother, she'd be closer to her boyfriend Luke as well, the two most special men in her life, really she couldn't be any happier thinking about it.

Rebekah caught the smirk on Ryan's face when she had said how important he and Luke were to her. She knew that Ryan would like hearing it, even if he wasn't too sure he was the best role model, she'd known him long enough now to know he didn't think too big on himself. Rebekah's opinion however, was different, she thought he was very special, and she always would. If it hadn't been for Ryan her life growing up would have been so much worse.

Rebekah was glad when Ryan said she was just as important to him, but really she hadn't needed him to say it at that point, she already knew how much she meant to him, still it was nice to hear it. She wouldn't ever complain if he said it to her more than once a day. She blushed a little, "Thanks Ryan" she said as she took her other hand to squeeze his, "I really would be truly lost without either of you and I know I've probably already said it, sorry, but it's just the truth" she said, as she looked from one to the other.

"You're welcome" Rebekah said as she laughed a little, wincing in pain, when he thanked for her saying he was the best. Rebekah grinned when Ryan admitted that he had meant it when he said Luke could move in with them. She knew Ryan wouldn't have said it if it weren't true. "See, told you he was telling the truth" Rebekah said smiling, and then biting down on her lip slightly, as she started to play with her hair nervously.

She just suddenly realised she was maybe pushing the issue a little, and she didn't want Luke to feel uncomfortable, so if he didn't give an answer this time, or even the one she wanted to hear, she'd just let the subject drop, and she'd give Ryan a look to tell him to do the same the thing.

However, Rebekah needn't have worried, because Luke then thanked Ryan for giving him somewhere to live. She looked back up again and smiled at Luke, through happy tears, "Oh Luke it's going to be wonderful, you wait and see" she said and then turned toward Ryan and mouthed "thanks" so he would know how much him asking Luke to move in with them really meant to her.
