Chloe just continued to smile at Evan. Some people would say it was hard work trying to be around Evan or holding a conversation with him, but to Chloe, it just made it all the more endearing. She could tell he was happy that she agreed on him teaching her Italian, but then why would she have said no? It just meant they would be able to spend more time together, and in Chloe's eyes there wasn't anything wrong with that.
Chloe was hoping that the longer Evan was in her company, the less awkward around her he would get. However, maybe the reason he was like that was because he liked her so much? That made Chloe smile, she liked the idea that he liked her as much as she liked him. Well, he had to, he had invited her out on this date after all, hadn't he? All Chloe wanted was for Evan to feel so comfortable around her, that he would speak just a little bit more.
She grinned when Evan exclaimed 'oh really' at her not being able to wait until after dinner. Those words in themselves made Chloe think that maybe he was beginning to feel more comfortable around her now. "Of course, a romantic walk on the beach, what can be more better than that?" Chloe said softly as she began to twirl one of the loose curls around her finger.
Soon their food began to arrive, starting with the salad, Chloe smiled and thanked the waiter before she began to eat, and looking up and catching Evan's eye every so often and smiling at him between mouthfuls of the food. It was really nice. She then lifted her glass and took a sip of the wine before returning to the food.

Evan was getting more comfortable around her. He really didn’t expect himself to be this way. Though it was probably the jitters there was always something at the beginning of the date that made him nervous and it just felt awkward but that was just part of his personality and people either hated it or were used to it. He was glad that she wasn’t getting annoyed at him for finally coming out of his shell and acting like his normal self.
He chuckled a bit when she said that what could be more romantic then a walk on the beach. He just grinned. Yes he was going to go there. He was a guy after all. “Well, romantic for guys would be uh…you know sex we always think about six 24/7, but I can’t speak for all them, I’m not like them I don’t think about it 24/7” He said in a mumbling tone, not sure if Chloe had heard him or not. It was just awkward on what the hell he had said.
He smiled as Chloe thanked the waiter and he did the same thing (thanking the waiter). He then began to dig into his food. Trying not to embarrass himself as he ate every two seconds and then realized that he was embarrassing himself and decided to slow down and take his time. He smiled as she lifted her glass and sipped the wine. He swallowed his food and drank the wine. “Isn’t this wonderful?” he asked.

After Chloe had said what could be more romantic than a walk along the beach, she couldn't believe the words which came out of Evan's mouth next. It was funny, but it sort of came as a surprise to Chloe, because Evan was normally always so reserved. If she'd taken a sip of her wine at the time, she was almost certain she would have choked on it. However, luckily she hadn't, instead, she just looked up at him, with a mischievous grin on her face and a raised eyebrow.
"Evan Anders, are you suggesting that we make out on the beach during our walk?" She couldn't help but say it, her head was laughing at what she had just said, but inside, in her heart, she didn't think it was a completely bad idea. He had said that he wasn't one of the guys to think about it twenty four seven, but the words were already out there and said, and in Chloe's head, and they were swimming around now. She thought it was hilarious and she couldn't help but joke back with him about it.
Chloe then continued to eat her meal, taking small mouthfuls at a time, she hadn't even noticed that Evan had been eating particularly fast, all Chloe was caring about was the good food, good wine and the excellent company. When Evan asked the question, she finished her mouthful of food first, took a sip of wine, swallowed and then replied, "Yes, it's amazing Evan, I'm having such a good time, thank you so much for bringing me here." She then took another sip of her win, and gave Evan a warm smile before returning to finish her meal.

Okay so Evan wasn’t thinking about his next words as they came out of his month. He just glanced at her as she gave a mischievous grin on her face and had a raised eyebrow. He began to wonder if that was something bad that he said and just wanted for the consequences. There had to literary be some right? He didn’t mean to get it out of context.
However when she opened her month he was quiet surprised at the response. Usually it meant a slap with a napkin. Though it would seem that Chloe was indeed different from the others and that was just amazing with him. He liked people that were different from others. “No, I’m not suggesting that or am I?” he asked as he empathized the last part as he raised an eyebrow.
After he asked her if this was wonderful. He finished his salad and took a sip of wine and whipping up his mouth with a napkin that was provided and just smiled. He was glad that she was having a good time and he was certainly enjoying himself. Didn’t people enjoy themselves the least? He tried to figure out what else they should be doing. “Well, I’m glad you are having a good time and your welcome for bringing you here”

After Chloe asked Evan if he was suggesting they make out on the beach during their walk, he took a few seconds to reply to her. So naturally Chloe began to wonder if she had embarrassed him with her question. However, it was just natural for Chloe to have asked the question, it was just too good an opportunity to be mischievous and so she didn't let it pass. She was pleasantly surprised with his answer though.
"Evan, didn't anybody tell you it's not nice to play with a girl's emotions?" She asked in a playful voice, and began to laugh. "I'm teasing you, I don't mind either way, I just want to be alone with you." She replied, and she meant it. The restaurant was lovely, the meal was delicious, but they weren't alone in here. At least, hopefully, they would be alone during their walk on the beach. She couldn't think there would be too many people who would be walking along the beach at night. Although, if a few people had the same idea as they had, then they might not be as alone as she hoped they would be.
Really if their walk on the beach ended with them making out, she really didn't care. It would be great, she had secretly been in love with Evan Anders for a while now, so finally being on a date with him, was like a dream come true. "Well of course I'm having a great time, I'm with you. So I sure hope that you're having a great time as well." Chloe said with a slight wink, and then laughed a little. She knew he would have been having a great time, he had after all joked about making out before hadn't he? But she figured she'd ask him, simply to keep up the conversation.

He just blinked at Chloe as she informed him that it wasn’t nice to play with girl’s emotions. He was going to reply back when she started to laugh and admit that she was just teasing him. He chuckled a bit. “Glad you’re just teasing” he said with a smile. He was really enjoying the food at the restaurant and he was looking forward to spending time with more time with Chloe. He was glad that the two of them were dating. It was just special and he enjoyed it.
Now all of sudden he was thinking about a make out session on the beach. That would be rather terrible. The fucking paparazzi would be out in force if they could see the two of them making out. That would be rather embarrassing. Though that was just a part of life. He smiled at her as she answered his question. “I’m having a wonderful time, also” he said with a slight nod as the waiter came over with their food.
“Mmmmm, smells good” Evan said as the waiter placed his food in front of him. The waiter than offered Parmesan cheese Evan decided to have cheese on his food. He then told the waiter to put it on his entrée. The waiter did just that and the waiter looked at Chloe, offering her some.

Maybe Chloe shouldn't have teased Evan about the emotions thing, when she saw the look on his face at first. But she really couldn't help herself. Then of course she had said she was just teasing and Evan spoke. "Well of course I'm teasing, I could never be mean to you Evan." Chloe replied giving him a warm smile.
There was no more talk of 'making out on the beach' and Chloe wondered if she had upset Evan with what she had said, but then she took time out to think about it properly and realised that making out on the beach could lead to all sorts of disaster for the both of them. They were stars of a television show for goodness sakes. She hadn't even thought about that, but she figured Evan did. Well, they could take their make out session back to her house or Evan's she was sure.
When Evan remarked that he was having a wonderful time also, Chloe beamed at him. "Well that's certainly good to hear." She replied and then watched as the waiter came over to their table again. This time it was their entrees arriving, and Chloe couldn't wait to get stuck into her meal, it smelled delicious. When the waiter turned to her and offered her the Parmesan cheese, she nodded her head. "Yes please, thank you." And then once it was on her meal, the waiter took off again.
"Looks and smells wonderful Evan." Chloe said and with that she began to eat her chicken tagliatelle.

He just gave a pouted look. He was just making this look to make Chloe for feel sorry for him. Though he knew that she was just teasing him. He wasn’t that stupid. He found himself to be a very intelligent man. Though sometimes that would sound crazy for him to admit, but that was just how the way he was. “Technically I’m kind of used to being teased,” he said with a weak smile. “I used to be teased a lot by my cousins, shame they are all dead expect for two” he said shaking his head – he actually couldn’t believe that he was mentioning this. What the hell was with him?
Evan wasn’t upset at Chloe. He was just done talking about the walk on the beach. He was going to enjoy it soon. Perhaps after dinner that was what they were aiming for and he was going to enjoy it. He wasn’t going to act stupid. Because he could only do that when he felt like it and right now he wasn’t going to act stupid. He was going to act normal. Normal was good for him.
He smiled again. That was all he could do around her and it was just nice to actually smile without being an idiot. Some people he knew who smiled a lot just were odd though for him he wasn’t odd. He was just happy to actually have a good time for once. He then watched her have a conversation with the waiter. Then the two of them were alone.
“Well, I’m glad you like it” he said as he began to eat his Capelline Pomodora. About twenty minutes later or maybe fifteen minutes, he was done with his dinner and he certainly enjoyed it. It certainly hit the spot.

Chloe watched as Evan gave her a pouted look because she had been teasing him. She just shook her head and smiled at him, in a way she quite liked his pouted look, it looked cute, adorable. Not that she'd actually admit that to him, because she somehow didn't think he was the type of guy to appreciate being called cute and adorable. He then went on to say he was used to getting teased, his cousins used to do it all the time, and that sadly they were all dead except for two.
Chloe gave him a sad smile, "Oh Evan, I'm sorry to hear that." She said with regards to his cousins, but also added in, "I promise not to tease you too much then, I don't want you to be thinking of such sad things." It was true, she didn't. She wanted their date to be magical, happy, not to have either one of them be thinking of something so sad as the fact of family members being dead. Especially family members who should have still been alive, as naturally his cousins must have been quite young when they died.
"Of course I like it, and again, I'm glad you brought me here." Chloe replied, and then she continued to eat her meal of Chicken Tagliatelle. She finished her meal not long after Evan had finished is, and she looked up at him with a bright smile on her face. "Well that was simply delicious, thank you." Now she knew that they would probably sit here for a short time and finish the wine before they went off for their walk, which she was really looking forward to, no matter what came of it.

Evan was always considered a geek by nature and it was kind of awkward that the geeks were turned into handsome and adorable men when they were older. It was just a part of evolution he guessed. That was kind of awkward but that was just a part of science and here he was enjoying his time. His time with a girl and this was a second date and it was going rather well until he brought up his cousins.
Evan had no clue why the hell he brought up his cousins. Perhaps it was the just the moment and he was thinking about them. It clearly didn’t matter. He loved to rememberese about it and sighed and just looked at her. “Yeah,” he admitted shaking his head. “Did you know one of your co-stars is my cousin?” he asked in a bold statement wondering if she could figure out which one. He didn’t want to even speak about work, but he figured why not. He was out of conversation ideas anyways.
He smiled at her, “Well, Chloe I’m glad you enjoyed it” he said with a big grin on his face as after he was finished with his meal she was also finished. He smiled back at her as she said that it was delicious and thanked him. He turned red a bit. “You’re welcome” he said as the waiter came by and took their plates away and then asked if they wanted desert. To be honest he wanted to finished the wine and go on the walk. He looked at Chloe, “Do you want desert or just the check?” He asked.

When Evan asked if she knew one of their co-stars was his cousin, she opened her eyes wide and raised her eyebrow and smiled too. "Really? Oh, let me guess which one." She said, and then had a think about it in her head for a while, and could only come up with one answer. "I'm probably way off the mark, and I don't know why, but I'm going to go with Cameron?" She asked, for some reason, she just could see a possible connection between the two of them, than any of the others.
Of course her own cousin starred and wrote it, Dean. She loved him so much, he was such a girl, but maybe that's why she loved him so much, because she could relate to him. Who knows? She then began to wonder how many other of the stars had family on this show she starred in, it seemed funny that both she and Evan had a cousin also on the show. Then she remembered Dean saying once, that Greg, who of course was Dean's boyfriend and another star of the show had a cousin on it also.
"Greg's cousin works on the show also, I remember Dean telling me. Funny that, don't you think?" She asked, and laughed a little. When Evan said he was glad she enjoyed the meal she just gave him another bright smile. Then the waiter had come back and asked if they wished dessert. "No thanks Evan, I think we just get the cheque and finish the wine? I would rather like to go on that walk." Chloe replied and gave him a smile with a twinkle in her eye.
{Finished? Or you can answer her questions and finish with Evan - up to you lol}

He then decided to see if she could figure out his cousin. Most of the people on set would never guess the two were related. However they were indeed related and it was kind of shocking. Shocking indeed. He then looked at her with a surprise look on his face. She had got the question right. “Yep, Cameron is my cousin,” he said with a smile. “I tend to kill him off for some reason” he said with laughter.
It was not good to laugh about killing his cousin off, but the damn guy nearly came back it would seem. It would seem to him that everyone on the show was kind of related. Greg and Walter, Dean and Chloe, Cameron, and himself. It just kind of felt of awkward. Awkward indeed.
“Aww yes, Walter Faraday the team leader, the one who tends to party too much” He said referring to Greg’s cousin. He smiled at her and as she replied to his question about having desert. He then looked up at the waiter and informed him that they would only like the check. A few moments later the check arrived and Evan took out his wallet and paid in cash. He then sipped on his remaining wine. “Shall we?” he asked as he finished his wine.
END!
