Becca wasn’t sure who had really came up with this idea on helping the helpless. She had mentioned to Evan awhile back that Peter was always saving people, being a paramedic and all, and she wanted to save people as well. At one point in time she wanted to become a doctor but now she knew she wasn’t cut out for the lifestyle. Now It was either Evan or herself who mentioned about saving people with powers so that’s how the whole team started. It was either that or she did hear that Hiro came up with an idea like this and Mohinder just took it from him.

It didn’t mater who thought up the idea, they were helping people. Becca sat in a office chair in the building Evan brought them to use. She was writing down her meal plan for the week though she was sure Peter would be too busy saving the world to eat with her or she’d be busy here writing out some contact information she could remember from working at Primatech.

As she was writing she day dreamed about Peter out there saving the world. Looking down at her list she saw she had written Peter’s name. Making sure no one was looking she threw away that paper. She was the only female on the team so far and she didn’t want to get picked on. She could hold her own if needed but with Mohinder and Evan both liking to pick on her she was sure she would be in for a handful when it came to the two.

She wondered if the two would know anyone else to join the group since she herself only knew family members living in the area. She hadn’t even stayed too much in contact with her mother who refused to think that these powers were real though she had seen the pictures of her froze ex-husband at the kitchen table. “Do you guys know anyone who will join us?” She questions not sure if either of the two men were in the room.

Evan really didn’t come up with the idea of this thing that they were doing now. He somehow got involved when Suresh suggested doing something that they could do with powers. Of course it was Becca who mentioned that she wanted to save people. This seemed interesting. It was something different and being in Vancouver got a bit boring. At least he wasn’t filming today.

The building that the headquarters were in was an entire floor that he was paying to use was actually Mohinder’s old lab. They just got the entire floor to use. It was something interesting and yeah so what if he took it from Primatech. He really didn’t care. They really didn’t care what was going on with this lab. Anyways Evan was just fiddling with his new laptop thinking of interesting topics for the show he wrote for.

Evan was in another part of the building and decided to slide the office chair that he was sitting in to see what everyone else that being Mohinder and Becca to see what they were doing. It seemed only right. He wondered if they had gotten any idea. He pushed on his chair and slide down the hallway to the same room that Becca.

He had just slide into the room when he heard Becca’s voice. It would seem that she was questioning air but he thought that perhaps he would say something. Hoping he wouldn’t startle her. He always was prone to do that to people and he hated doing that to be honest. “All the people I know are lame when joining” he said shaking his head.

Mohinder had stolen this idea from Hiro. Actually Hiro was all for this and then just disappear so Mohinder decided that after quieting the government that this would be something he could do it something better than dealing with international relations with other lame countries this was something simple. Use abilities to help people.

The Indian was kind of hungry and was away from the building bring back some food for the three of them. It was the only three of them being Evan and Becca. Becca was the only female and she was surrounded by two males. Shame that the two of them made fun of her. Oh well Mohinder hoped that she knew that they just liked to tease her.

Mohinder had decided to bring back some Indian food. He knew that Becca adored his mother’s cooking but she wasn’t with them anymore. So take out would have to do. He entered the old building that was once his lab and decided to see if he could find the two. When he left Becca was doing something and Evan was doing his writing duties.

He only had to walk a few feet and found the two of them (Becca and Evan) talking. He had no clue about what but he put down the food and tried to get himself in the conversation. He actually heard what Evan had said and he wondered what. “So I brought some food and what are we talking about?” he asked in a curious voice.

Beeca shrugged when Evan became to speak. If she hadn’t questioned him, without her knowing he was even in the room she would have probably jumped out of her seat. “Well that’s because all your friends are lame. What about your girlfriend?” She mocked him since she still couldn’t believe he had a girlfriend. She was glad that Evan was happy though she couldn’t really tell with his expressions most of the time. Before she could state something about his super hero family Mohinder walked in with food.

Her eyes perked up when the smell of the Indian food touched her nose. “I’m starving.” She rushed pass Mohinder to the food, as she started plating a dish. “Thanks for the food.” She sniffed a new looking piece of food not sure what it was she placed it back down. “I was just asking Evan who else might join us in the quest of saving people.”

Becca walked back to her chair taking a big bite of her food and letting out a moan of pleasure which sounded oh so wrong. The food wasn’t as great as Mohinder’s mother had been but she thought she spare Mohinder from the sadness she would bring him with bringing it up. She already had three copies of his father’s book on her desk. “You would think we would know someone to join us. Or at least have someone to help.” She was getting a bit fed up with sitting around and not doing any good then again when she worked for Primatech she was out in the field having to take down people like her so maybe waiting wasn’t as bad.

"Hey not all my friends are lame..." he said defending himself and then realized that Becca was right. All of his friends were lame and he really couldn't believe that she would talk about his girlfriend. He sighed shaking his head. The two of them were no more. He just hadn't admitted it to Becca yet. Guess right now would be the perfect time to inform Becca that his girlfriend and he were no more. "Yeah..." he said trailing off "About that Chloe and I aren't together anymore..." he replied shaking his head in disbelief.

He then smelt the food of Indian. It smelled very good and then he heard Mohinder’s voice. He turned his chair around and got up following Becca to where the food was. He was starving and he was glad that Mohinder thought of them and brought food. He grabbed a plate also not sure what he was picking at but he really mind. He just wanted food.

Evan looked at Becca as she made a soft moan. He just shook his head knowing well enough that when food came for the show he wrote for everyone did something like that. Okay it wasn’t everyone it was just one person and it was never him. He then took a bite of his food. “This is pretty good, Suresh what is it” he replied with a mouthful of food.

Mohinder really didn’t know that he bringing food for these two would be so eventful. He just shook his head and maintained his usual stance. He really wasn’t sure on what to do. He was usually the first one to get food but he figured that the two of them were probably starving. He jut hoped that they didn’t criticize the food. He loved his countries food.

He gave a weak smile at Becca when she thanked him for the food while Evan didn’t. Oh well he would forgive Evan, Evan was a Canadian and was different than most people he knew. He then nodded at Becca as she informed him what they were talking about seeing how Evan really didn’t even mention it. The poor guy was probably starved or something. “I see” he finally said as he watched the two gather some of the food.

He like Evan just shook his head as the two of them looked at Becca as she made an awkward moan and he just left it. There was no need to make a comment about it or he’ll get beat or something from her and he was trying to get back on people’s good sides. He sighed when he knew some people that came to mind. “Well, there is Hiro, Matt, and Peter is all I could think of who would want to help but they are too busy or something” he said shaking his head unsure if that was the answer Evan and Becca wanted to hear or not. "There is a couple of new people Matt Tobrak and Lexie Armstrong...."

He then glanced at Evan when he asked about the food. “All these are Southern Indian dishes so either curry or Chicken tikka” he said answering Evan’s question.
