Well from some of the kids at work: chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate. Did I mention chocolate lol. But I did get a really cool necklace made from buttons (will have to take a pic of it), a nice bottle of wine (even though I don't drink red), plus other little keepsakes.
From mum and dad: Terminator 4 and Public Enemies on dvd From Emma/Paul: $80 voucher for JB Hi Fi (entertainment store)
Plus other stuff as well.

Nice - well we've not really had any of our gifts yet as such, but with this money - we did treat ourselves to a couple of things, I now have the 4th Twilight book, the New Moon 2010 calendar, a New Moon poster which is on it's way, and Mike bought me a guinea pig calendar for 2010 also.
We just ordered a wireless printer, and either at the weekend or on Monday, Mike is going to go into town to see if he can get me an Edward Cullen figure and a bookmark, even though I made my own, I'm not overly impressed with it, would rather have the real deal. Haha.
I did get to open one small gift tonight, which was a compact mirror and a travelling manicure set. I will find out my other gifts tomorrow.
You did quite well for yourself then Mel.

Awesome Mel, well I hope you continue to have a great time over Christmas, I know for you it's over now - where as for me it's only really just begun. Tmie zones are the weirdest things ever.

We got all 5 seasons of LOST, and Star Trek 2009, as family Christmas presents. And then I got series 2, 3, and 4 of Doctor Who, some books, iTunes gift card, some fun shirts, things like that. I've been having an awesome Christmas so far, very low key. We all slept in, then had breakfast before opening presents.

Well, with being one of the 'older' members, I can tell you that the older you get, the less you get. Apart from what I mentioned before, which were self treats due to out little windfall of money, I got as gifts when I was at my mum's the following;
Some home made butter tablet {scottish sweet - gorgeous} A new dress top {will wear New Years day} A brush, comb and mirror set {with chunky handles good for my arthritic hands} and the most awesome glass dolphin ornament.

Aww that sounds all wonderful! Hope everyone had a good Christmas. I know it's still Christmas in the States. When I have a free day I'm going to a store and buying a thing I really wanted lol.

Yeah, we've also ordered ourselves a wireless printer... don't know when that will get delivered with the Christmas holidays etc., but we can't wait to get it, as we're working with the other printer on the floor as there's nowhere it can go without the wires stopping it from reaching.

That's good. I have a wireless printer, but we are too lazy to set up the wireless for it lol.

Well got $100 from grandma and $10 from one uncle, but the other uncle didn't hand out to me and my sister - oh well. But we kind of left grandma early as she really was not herself at all today - very cranky and constantly talked about things that really shouldn't be talked about at this time of year. Very sad indeed. Just hope tomorrow is a better day for all of us. Kind of dampened our spirits a bit.
@ Mich - yes, hoping to use all my money and gift card to buy things that I might see for myself. lol
