Friday, 18th December 2009 || 9:48pm Charlotte left the other cast members, from the school musical, at the school auditorium. It had been a great night for the premiere performance of the musical. Everyone in the audience received it well, and of cause Charlotte was the star. She knew that some of the people in the play were envious of her, but really what could she do? She couldn't help that she had a fantastic voice, and was always carismatic, could she? As Charlotte left the back entrance, she wrapped her coat around her, feeling the cold of the night. Chicago was always windy, and she made sure in her mind that she wouldn't listen to Taylor Swift's album 'Fearless', then she would be in trouble. That album made her ability of flight start up, and really with this wind it was not even a second thought. So she grabbed her pink iPod, and chose to listen to Defying Gravity from one of Charlotte's favourite musicals, Wicked. After a few minutes, Charlotte began to concentrate on where she was going, and soon found herself in an area of town she had never been in before. Because she had gotten so engrossed in her music, she wasn't looking where she was going. Charlotte stopped, and began to look around. There were a few industrial type warehouses, and Charlotte then straightened herself up, not wanting to look scared, and headed in direction of the bright city lights.

The music from the school auditorium echoed threw the halls and outside threw the vents. Alex sat down outside of the school nodding his head to the sounds before following the faint noise to get closer to the performance. Alex always liked music and of all different kinds. He wanted to actually see the people who were creating the cool song he was jamming to. Alex knew that because he wasn’t a student and didn’t have a ticket he would be turned down at the door. The boy did what any normal kid would do if he could. Alex teleported inside the school auditorium unnoticed by all. Alex saw the spot lights on stage. The performers all take a bow and the music ending. Alex sulked as the lights faded and a round of applause now replaced the cool song he was listening to. The lights turned back on and the crowded room became empty as people scrambled to get out of the school.
Alex couldn’t remember the words to the final performance. He did however remember the face of the star who sung it and how her voice carried threw with feelings of passion and joy. Alex closed his eyes and felt the emotions flowing threw the room. Most of the people were amazed by the performance. It brought them happiness. Alex could also feel strong sense of jealousy and envy. The child wondered why the two complete opposite emotions could be brought out within different people with the same song. He didn’t get why people felt jealous of Charlotte’s amazing voice. Alex followed the crowed outside, He wished to teleport but to many people would notice as he did so. The little boy acted as if he was an older couples grandson. “That was a good show.” He announced to them while passing by the lady holding the door open. She flashed him a smile as if to say he was cute for enjoying it. Alex then left the old couple as they got outside. He wondered off alone and grew tired. Sleep would have to catch up to him soon.
The young boy rolled over asleep in his bed. Well not so much his bed as a bed inside a store known as carries furniture. Alex was sort of homeless and often slept in unusual places. It helped that he was able to pass out anywhere. The young boy teleported into the stores warehouse after hours and after the workers all left and closed the place up. This place was warm even at night and tonight was a cold night. The boy did as he pleased and made no thought to use the store as his personal hotel. However as Charlotte made her way past the store window her shadow frightened Alex. He had thought it was from inside and he would be caught. Alex quickly teleported out of the store and into the street. Still gripping on to the blanket he used to wrap himself up in. Alex decided to keep walking and searching for another place to sleep. There in the distance he saw Charlotte also walking in this seemingly deserted street. Alex didn’t like to be alone so he slowly caught up to her. He walked behind her without saying a word. His foot steps muffled by stepping on the soft blanket. Alex remained at a good few feet behind. Just has long as she was in his sights. {AAACHEWW!} Alex sneezed whipping the spit on his blanket. He looked up at the girl ahead who must of heard him. As Alex grew closer to her he felt himself grow stronger. Could this girl perhaps have an ability of some sort? Alex ran up to her as meeting new people are allways on the top of his list. And pepole with abilities of there own tend to understand Alex a bit more then normal people. "Hi missy can i walk with you?" Alex calls everyone he first meets missy or mr. until he learns of there name.

Charlotte walked passed a couple of industrial type buildings, keeping her eyes straight ahead, but occassionally looking in the corners of her eyes, just in case someone came out at her. She had no idea what or who could come out at her, and she was prepared with her pepper spray in her bag. Charlotte made her way passed a place where furniture was sold, and it kind of made her feel a bit easier, knowing that there were now buildings that were a bit more open, not so scary looking like they are just build to house scary people.
Charlotte thought she felt someone was watching her, and she stopped in her tracks when she heard a sneeze. She spun around, and was faced with a young boy a few feet away. A sigh of relieve left her, but she felt her face change to a frown, as he ran up to her. Charlotte listened to the boy, and raised her eyebrows at the sound of him asking to walk with her. She crossed her arms, and looked at him unimpressed. "I don't think so. I don't associate myself with strangers, even if you are a child. Sorry." With that, Charlotte turned on her heels and began towards the next street corner.
{ooc - let's see what Alex will do now lol}

After Charlotte told Alex that she didn't talk to strangers even children Alex just gave her a blank stair with his eyes wide open and a tilted head. She seemed rather cold hearted to say that to a little kid. But Alex wasn't a normal kid that took no for an answer. He gave her a frown and puppy dog eyes as she turned and walked away. Alex was sort of upset that she acted this way as he was only trying to walk with her. He sensed her emotions a little bit. It seemed she was feeling a tad frightened before but now a slightly less feeling of fear as she walked closer to the main city. Alex rubbed his itchy nose. "But if you don't talk to strangers how do you make new friends? If you don't let people talk to you wont you end up lonely and all by yourself?" Alex questioned her comment. He knew a thing or to about being lonely. If she didn't trust people Alex could see why she wouldn't talk to people she didn't know. However Alex wouldn't do anything to harm her.
As Charlotte spoke Alex recognized her voice from earlier. She did look different from the musical without the fancy wardrobe but Alex knew it was unmistakably her. She was already a few feet away from him as she began walking. Alex again ran up to her. "Hey Missy, I saw your play and you were really really really good." Alex complemented her all excited. He had a bright warm smile on his face. "I cant remember the words though as I only caught the ending but I loved it. You made a lot of people happy and full of inspiration and excitement. I wish I had that talent. Your voice was like angels singing to there loved ones." Alex again tried to complement the girls voice as he loved it so much. Maybe any other kid wouldn't use those words but Alex had always been someone who thought on an older level.
Alex held out his hand to her "My names Alex. We wont be strangers anymore if we introduce ourselves to each other right? Then you can talk to me. Isn't better to be with someone then all alone by yourself?" Alex questioned Charlotte as he tried to get her to come around. He gave her a wink and still held his smile. He wanted to befriend the girl as Alex hated to be alone of all things and he felt the need to be friends with everyone. Being the god of love his own desires seemed to be to give all the love he could to others and then others would at least like him or maybe even grow to love him like a few people Alex had already met. "Can you please sing that song again maybe? I would love to here it." Alex asked her hopping she would feel more at ease doing something she loved. "When I'm scarred I always do something to take my mind off of it." Alex mistakenly reviled to her that he knew she was scared.
(ooc: alex doesn't know the meaning of "leave me alone annoying little kid" LOL)
