Sky stood near the edge of the tour group, listening to what the tour guide was saying. Despite living in Washington, D.C. for some years now, Sky had never, in fact, taken an actual tour of the White House. He had been around to "see" some of the other national monuments around Washington, but not yet the White House.
And it was a weekend, so he wasn't working, so here he was, taking a tour of the White House. He typically liked to stand near the edge or the back of the group, since being surrounded too closely by too many people tended to disorient him, since his echolocation got thrown off.
That was really the only time Sky really had trouble being blind. If he was in too crowded a space or a place that was extremely loud, he often got disoriented, but most of the time, his telepathic echolocation worked excellently.
His white cane that he used to lightly tap the ground in front of him (and so that people would realize he was blind) rested lightly in his hands as the tour group stopped, and as he stepped back to lean against a pillar, he accidentally stepped on someone's foot. "Sorry," he said quickly, shooting an apologetic grin in the direction of the person.

Mindless and in a daze Dustin walks closer and closer to the White House. His eyes giving off a blank stair. His hart beating slower then normal. Not knowing whats going on Dustin reaches the White house. He awakes from this sleep walk state confused about were he is at. "The White House?" Dustin questions. So he pieced together that he had arrived in Washington DC. He knew he was there for a reason. You see Dustin is the son of a powerful Angel however he was not brought up with her around. Instead Dustin's father took him under his watch. Dustin's father was sadly the devil. He went by many names but none the less he was evil and ruthless. Dustin's father was able to control Dustin at times and guide him to carry out his plans.
"So father you want me to assassinate the president I take it? Fool, It would do no good." Dustin talked silently to himself. A copping trait that he had picked up in order to remain sane while in the deepest pits of hell. "When one dies another is promoted. It makes no sense to kill them." Dustin continued until he saw a group of people all walking in the White House. They were guided by this loud lady describing the history and such of the building and former presidents. Dustin figured it was a tour. He slipped his way over to them and blended in with the crowd. Dustin moved to the center of the crowed and didn't look behind him to see the blind man. (I wont let you kill the president father, I wont be used as your weapon to do it. Maybe he will die in one of these rooms? I need to stay with the group until the tour enters the different rooms I might get a vision where he will die.) Dustin thought to himself.
He followed the group and slowly fell behind the others as he grew bored. He didn't want to know the history of the White House. He just wanted to find where the president would die so he could try and prevent his death. Dustin walked slower and slower until he drifted to the back of the group. This was when someone stepped on his foot. Dustin looked immediately at the person with shock on his face, He wasn't bothered by it but cant they watch were they were going? Then as he saw the mans glasses and can he knew he couldn't see. The man apologized right away. Dustin smirked at his grin though Sky wouldn't have been able to see it. "Its ok don't worry about it, I walked right in front of you without realizing your condition." Dustin was going to hold out his hand for Sky to shake it but then realized he wouldn't be able to see it. He had never met a blind man before. Dustin grabbed the mans hand in his own as he shook it introducing himself. "I'm Dustin, nice to meet you." People normal introduce there full names but Dustin didn't have a last name. He used his fathers sir name Satan. But that rose to many dirty looks. "So you here for the tour?" Dustin asked attempting to strike up a conversation.

To be honest, Sky had been met with all sorts of responses when he did something clumsy like stepping on someone's foot like he had just now. The most common response that he got was anger, then usually they weren't angry once they saw that he was blind. Sky never really tried to make anyone angry, but when he was in a relatively big crowd of people like this, it could be easy to run into someone.
Sky was pleased to find out after a moment that the person he had run into didn't seem fazed at all, in fact, he seemed quite enthusiastic really. From the sound of his voice, and the sense of the guy that he gleaned from his echolocation, he was quite a bit younger than Sky. Before Sky could say anything else, the guy jumped right in saying something else, introducing himself as Dustin and grabbing Sky's hand to shake it. "Nice to meet you too, Dustin; I'm Sky," he responded. "Yeah, just taking the tour...I've lived in DC for a while but I've never actually taken a tour here," he laughed a bit.

After Dustin had his foot steeped on he greeted himself. Dustin could tell just by looking at Sky he was blind. The sunglasses inside and the cane were a big give away. Dustin was just thinking to himself that being blind must have been though to deal with. He felt bad for the man as his kind were never blinded unless by forceful means. As Dustin made contact with the mans skin he got a vision of how this man would die. Like everyone else whom Dustin makes contact with the vision played out in his head flashing threw the scenes. An older Sky reaches the night stand having a hart attack he struggles to find the inhaler as the stray cat swatted it on to the floor after jumping in threw an open window. Dustin sees the struggle of the old man on the brink of death. He smirks as he decided to worn the man of this unfortunate even for him to avoid his untimely death many years into the future. "When your old and gray beware of the stray for he shall steel your life source away."
Dustin warned the man, however he couldn't just come right out and say how he would die. That wasn't in his nature and was not his personal style. Dustin had then asked if the man was here for the tour. Making small talk to study this human as he was wondering what his life was like. The man replied that he was indeed taking the tour and that he lived in the area but never took this tour before. Dustin laughed a little as he heard him chuckle. "Tell me will we be seeing the president himself on this tour?" Dustin asked for if he was going to see the president in person he could predict the day he would die as he had done with Sky. If Dustin's father wanted to kill the president then most likely it will happen soon. President. Petrelli wont have much time to live unless Dustin warns him of the clues leading to his death. A death forced by the devil himself to aid in his plans of getting free no doubt.
