After Stacey had apologised, saying that she should have warned him she was going to give him an answer, David had said that she didn't have to apologise. But Stacey had felt, since he had choked on his food when she gave him the answer. Then once again she apologised, but stated that she had to tell him her answer. Hearing David say that she didn't have to apologised again, she bit on her bottom lip, "Okay." Then he told her that he was glad that she told him, and that he had been secretly panicking and nervous at what her answer might be. She gave him a small smile, "I could kind of tell in your voice before that you felt a bit down when I didn't answer straight away. But now you have the answer, and it's all out in the open, so need to panic. The only time that is needed, I guess, is when this little one is born. Then you can panic along with me." She giggled then, knowing full well that there was only about two months left till the baby was born, and that made her feel that time was running out.
Stacey smiled at David, when he said that he was happy that 'Miss Potter' approved, and that it was a good sign. Yes, it was, she thought, somehow knowing the baby was hearing and feeling Stacey was. She had read that the baby can hear you talking, and it seemed to her that the baby knew what she was thinking, which was kind of eerie. Stacey nodded, when David said she had a right to think about it, and then he added about it being her fault for being beautiful and making him want to spend as much time with her as possible." She shook her head smirking, and then had to add in something to that comment, tilting her head. "Right then. Well starting tomorrow I will try not to do that. I will just wear old clothes that hardly fit and see how I look then." Stacey giggled, then smiled to herself. She had to get in on the banter with him.
When Stacey asked David what the surprise was, or was it for when she moved in, David shrugged, and then told her what it was. All she could do was sit back, putting her hand up to her mouth. "Oh David. I wasn't really expecting that one. Wow." She wondered then if she had said no to moving in, what he would have done then with the room he was making the nursery, but she might have to mention that when she sees it. Just knowing that he was doing that for the child that wasn't even his, made her feel truly loved by him. Not that she knew any less, as he always did love her every day that they were together, but just knowing that he was doing that for her, just made it all the more real.
Soon enough they had finished their meals, and the desserts were then ordered. Stacey had then asked if he had plans for the weekend, and if it was too soon to start moving into his place. She had a smile on her face when she asked, but then as David spoke the first few words, Stacey felt her face fall, looking down at her hands. "Oh..." But then he continued to add more, and she soon realised that he was talking about her, and Stacey slowly looked up at David, with a bright smile on her face. As he chuckled, all Stacey did was shake her head. "Okay good. Well tomorrow is Saturday, so we can start then. You will probably end up staying the night at my place anyway, if you get lucky." She raised her eyebrows slightly, and then smirked, knowing full well he was going to get lucky.
Their desserts arrived, and Stacey was asked if she wanted cream or ice cream with her custart tart. She looked at David, and raised her eyebrows again, thinking that it was a stupid question. Stacey turned back to the waiter, "Ice cream please." Once Stacey had the ice cream, and David has his cream with his dessert, she quickly took a spoonful of her custard tart, and then heard David moan at obviously the way his tasted. "I know. Mine is really, really good." Stacey then dug into the rest of the custart dart, leaving the ice cream to last, as that was the best part for her.
Stacey took one of her last spoonfuls of ice cream, when she noticed the lights dim around them. She looked up, then frowned a little, but then shrugged, and went back to finish off the ice cream. As Stacey put in the last spoonful of ice cream into her mouth, she looked up at David as he spoke. She put the spoon down on the plate, and she grabbed the napkin to wipe at her mouth. "Um.. okay." Stacey didn't really know what he was going to ask next. First it was about adopting the baby, which she was fine with. Then it was about moving in, which she gave the answer to after only a few minutes of thinking about it. She wasn't sure what he was going to ask next. There were a few possible questions that Stacey could think of.
Stacey watched as David got up from his chair, looking at him closely as he came around to her. As soon as he took her hand, she knew what he was going to do. Stacey felt her heart race, and she bit on her bottom lip. The emotions started as soon as David got down on one knee. With her free hand, Stacey placed it on her chest, feeling the waterworks going to start any second. Then for some reason, flashes of what happened last time came flooding back with Brendan. But then she remembered that with David it was completely different. This time around it felt right, she was meant to be with David. All the times he had done little things for her, helped her when she needed it. Yes, she thought, there was no time for thinking about this answer. She knew the answer already.
When David opened the box, she gasped, and a tear escaped her eye, and looked at the ring. Stacey then shed a few more tears as she looked at David, her eyes and face just lighting up. Her grin turned into a big smile as David spoke, proposing to her. She looked around, seeing people looking at them. But that was only to be expected. Stacey then looked at David, and reached over to touch his face with her free hand. "David, I w..." Then Stacey quickly took her hand from his face, placing it on her stomache. She looked down with a pained look on her face. Not now, she thought, it's too early. But then she though it might not be the actual real deal. Then another pain came over her. She looked up at David, scared. "I think we had better go. I just don't know if it is just a Braxton Hicks contraction or not." Then another pain came over her, and she just hoped it was, not the real thing at all.

When Stacey said she could tell that he felt down when she hadn’t answered him right away David felt terrible, she had a right to think about it, he shouldn’t have been upset over that, he thought he had covered it well enough, but inside he had a feeling he hadn’t quite managed it. He gave Stacey a weak smile, “I’m sorry, you had a right to think it over, and I shouldn’t have got upset over it.” David loved Stacey so much he never wanted to upset her, certainly not on purpose at any rate and he knew he should have just smiled at Stacey and told her to take all the time she needed to think about it. She then added he had no need to panic as she had now given him her answer, which was yes, and the only time to panic she guessed was when the baby was making her entrance into the world. Stacey giggled a little then which made David chuckle, and he smiled more brightly at her, “Okay, no more panicking until that moment.”
When David had joked with Stacey saying it was her fault for being beautiful and making him want to spend more time with her he had to chuckle at her response. The way they could joke with each other was just one of the many things he loved about Stacey. He shook his head slowly, “You see Stacey that won’t really make any difference, because it’s your natural beauty which captivates me, not your clothes or make-up, nice try though.” He winked and chuckled again. He still felt so lucky to have her in his life. The fact that he was getting a baby with Stacey just made it all the more wonderful and made him feel all the more lucky.
After Stacey asked what the surprise was and David told her, he watched as she back in the chair and put her hand up to her mouth. He took that move to mean what he told her made her happy and then she spoke. The wow was enough to make him grin like the cat that got the cream again. “I’m glad you like what I’ve been working on. I won’t spoil it by describing what I’ve done though; I’ll keep that for when you start to move in.” Stacey had gone a little quiet after that which made David think she was wondering what he would have done with the room if she’d said no. Well truth is he’d have finished it, even if she hadn’t said yes to moving in, there would have been a chance that she might want to stay the night a few times after the baby was born, and then the nursery would have been there for just the same.
When David had joked at first when Stacey asked if it was too soon to move in that weekend he saw her face fall slightly and then the way she said ‘oh’ made him feel terrible for teasing her in the first place, but then he finished his sentence and he soon saw the bright smile on her face and then she shook her head. “I’m sorry about messing with you, couldn’t help it, and tomorrow is a great day to start it, and I have this feeling I might get lucky tonight.” He winked and chuckled, he wasn’t being big headed about it, but the look on Stacey’s face and the raised eyebrows was giving the answer away in all honesty.
David had done it again he realised when the waiter asked if they wanted ice-cream or cream with their desserts, letting Stacey answer, but seeing those raised eyebrows from her he knew that he should have just said ice-cream. She had been craving it after all; he just wasn’t sure if she would have wanted anymore when she’d had some earlier before dinner. When the waiter gave them their desired side choice and left, David looked at Stacey and smiled, “I should have known you would have gone for the ice-cream but then I just thought maybe with earlier you may have wanted the cream.” He had then began his own dessert which was so delicious he had let out a bit of moan and then he smiled when Stacey said that her dessert was good too. “I’m glad we came here tonight, the food has been brilliant, must remember to come here again sometime.” He was going to say for the next special occasion until he realised that he hadn’t proposed yet making it a special occasion.
When the lights had dimmed he saw Stacey look up at the ceiling and frown slightly but she didn’t say anything and David couldn’t help but let out a slight sigh of relief. Then that song of Elton’s began to play and he really couldn’t help but think that there was something about the way she looked tonight which was taking his breath away, but then he felt that way about Stacey all the time, every second of every minute of every day. When he said he knew he had thrown a couple of questions at her already but was going to go crazy if he didn’t do this soon, referring to the proposal he just smiled as Stacey said okay. David had then got up from his seat and made his way round to Stacey and took her hand, as he did this he saw Stacey bite down on her bottom lip and then he got down on one knee and that’s when he saw Stacey’s free hand go to her chest. He took that as a good sign because she must have known what he was going to ask now. Going down on one knee was a sure give away.
He saw the tears well in Stacey’s eyes and then he asked her to marry him, he could feel a lot of eyes on the both of them right then as everyone else in the restaurant were all looking at them, probably wondering what answer she was going to give him. He then opened the box and he heard her let out a gasp and a tear escape her eye. Then he saw a few more tears falling after she looked at the ring and a smile which turned into a huge grin. Stacey then reached over touching his face with her free hand and began to speak but she trailed off and took her hand off his face and moved it to her stomach. David looked at her with concern over his face. Oh god he thought, don’t tell me my proposal has sent her into premature labour.
Stacey hadn’t even really answered his question, but that didn’t matter right at that moment, the only thing which mattered was making sure Stacey and the baby were safe. He closed the box and put it back into his pocket and nodded his head as she suggested they leave. “You’re right.” He had a feeling Stacey was going to say that she would marry him, but they could get that little detail sorted once they knew everything was alright with the baby. David then helped Stacey up out of the seat and with his hand on the small of her back began to lead her out of the restaurant. “Oh, wait a minute. I have to pay for the meal.” David then quickly flagged down a waiter, “Can we have the bill please, I’m sorry to rush you but my girlfriend might be in labour.” The waiter nodded and rushed off and soon he was back with the bill, David quickly wrote out a cheque and showed his guarantee card and then the waiter thanked David.
Once more David put his hand on the small of Stacey’s back and continued to lead her out of the restaurant and toward the car. Once she was safely inside he put his foot down on the gas and headed for the emergency room of the local hospital, well, it was better to be safe than sorry he thought.

Stacey shook her head slightly, when David said that he was sorry, and that she had a right to think it over, and shouldn't have upset her. "You didn't upset me, but I could just tell that you were a bit down from me not answering straight away." It was like she could read him like a book sometimes, and it was good to know that they were always able to share their feelings, no matter good or bad. Stacey had then said that there was no need to panic, until the baby was to be born. She smiled at his answer, liking that there wasn't anything else to panic about. Really, life couldn't get any better than it did right now.
Stacey pouted her lips, and listened to what David said. She then grinned a little, liking what he said, and then the blush started up. "Fine. I will have to try something else then." Stacey then laughed a little, wondering what else she could do to. But really there was no trying, really she couldn't be bothered. She was getting bigger by the day, and if David found her beautiful still, then who was she to deny him that. If they did get to do something after dinner, back at her place, then she would have to make sure that she was able to, even though she was still feeling turned on still. If this was part of being in the later stages of pregnancy, then she wanted it to last forever. Not the part of being pregnant, but the being horny bit.
Stacey smiled brightly at David, as he said that he was glad that she liked what he had been working on. Then he said that he wouldn't spoil it for her by describing it. "Good. Just knowing that you have been working on that alone has given you some good marks to go towards the end of the night." Stacey was getting a bit excited over knowing that she would hopefully get to see the room this weekend, tomorrow even, since she would be now starting to move in with him. She had shook her head, when David said that he was sorry for messing with her, and that tomorrow was fine with starting to move her in. When he added that he had a feeling that he would get lucky tonight, Stacey smirked.
"It's okay David," Stacey said when he said that he should have known she would have gone for the ice cream. He had also said that because of earlier with her eating ice cream, she might have wanted cream. "It didn't really make much difference about before. It is just part of who I am right now. The more ice cream the better." She giggled then, and when David then said about the food being good and they must remember to come to the restaurant again, Stacey nodded. "Yes we should. I would recommend it to anyone."
Stacey had said okay, when David said that he had to asked her another question before he went crazy. She had no idea what he was doing until he went down on one knee. Well that and then the ring coming out just made the waterworks start, and Stacey felt the tears running down her cheeks. As she looked at David, her grin turned into a bright smile, and she just knew what her answer was going to be. There was no doubt in her mind at all, and she couldn't wait this time to give him her answer. Though when she went to answer him, she had removed her hand, and placed it on her stomache, as she felt a pain come over her. After the second pain she had, Stacey looked scared at David, saying that they had better go. David agreed with her on that, watching him put the box back into his pocket.
She felt bad now, as he never got to hear her answer, and he never got to put the ring on her finger. But that was now in the back of her mind, as she felt another pain come over her. Stacey quickly grabbed her bag, and allowed David to help her up out of the seat. She felt David's hand on her lower back, and it felt good knowing that he was there with her when it happened this time. Last time she was with a complete stranger, who turned out to be a big help. Then David said that he had to pay for the meal. Stacey leaned up against a vacant table, rubbing at her stomache, breathing a little. They had started going over things for the delivery at the birthing classes, but right now all Stacey wanted to do was get to the hospital, to make sure that everything was okay with the baby.
Soon enough David lead her the rest of the way out of the restaurant, and then they were in his car. Stacey sat in the passenger seat, and tried to calm herself down. But that wasn't really working, and she felt fresh tears sting her eyes. As David drove, Stacey just continued to leave her hands on her stomache, occassionally rubbing at it. She continued to breath, closing her eyes most of the time, concentrating on the task. As they were just as the emergency room, Stacey turned and looked at David. "I'm sorry that the night ended like this." Then another pain came, but it wasn't a strong as the last lot. She soon wondered if it was just a false alarm.

After David told Stacey she had a right to think about it and he shouldn’t have upset her Stacey shook her head slightly and then replied saying that he hadn’t upset her but she could just tell he was a little down when she hadn’t responded right away. David had hoped he’d hidden that well enough but obviously he hadn’t. “I’m glad I didn’t upset you but I had hoped you wouldn’t have noticed that, I guess I didn’t cover my emotions very well, sorry.” David replied apologising once more. He felt terrible that she’d been able to tell he was a little down when she didn’t give him an immediate response, but at the same time it was good that she could read him so well, it was a sign of a good relationship in David’s book.
When David told Stacey that it didn’t matter how she dressed that it was her natural beauty which captivated him he saw her pout slightly which went into a grin followed by a blush all of which David loved about Stacey. Stacey then spoke saying she’d have to try something else, this just made David chuckle and shake his head slightly. “You can try, but I doubt it will work. Nothing you try to do will change what I think about you.” He grinned then and raised both his eyebrows at her. He could never understand what it was about women and their looks and bodies, they were always so self conscious and with Stacey especially there wasn’t one single bad thing about her, she really was stunningly beautiful and she always would be.
Knowing that Stacey was happy about the fact he had been working on a nursery in his house made David feel good and he said he wouldn’t spoil it by describing it and just letting her see it when she was at his house next. David smiled when Stacey said good and then when she continued to speak some more, David raised his eyebrows up and down a couple of times and chuckled. “Well, that is good to know. I am really looking forward to tonight now.” He began to chuckle a little; truth was David couldn’t get enough of Stacey. It didn’t even have to be about the making love although that was nice, just being able to hold her in his arms was enough to send David into heaven. Stacey was the woman he had been waiting all his life for and he was so glad that she chose him as her therapist; he might never have met her otherwise.
David nodded his head and smiled when Stacey said it was okay that he hadn’t just asked for the ice-cream and then he had to laugh a little when she said that it made no difference that she had some before, the fact was it was ice-cream she would have wanted it anyway. “Okay, well that’s duly noted for later.” He laughed along with her giggle, next time they go out for a meal before the baby was born at least, he would make sure to order her an ice cold glass of coke and ice-cream for dessert without even asking if that’s what she wanted, as she’d made it pretty clear tonight they were both cravings. David had then added they would have to come to this restaurant again and Stacey nodded saying that she would recommend it to anyone. “I’m glad I chose a good place for us tonight then.” He was glad because of what he was about to do next, he had wanted it to be a special night for it, and so far in David’s eyes it had been very special.
David had then proposed and he could tell from the smile and tears that Stacey was happy about his proposal but before she got a chance to actually answer him she had moved her hand from his face to her stomach which made David look at her in concern. He just hoped that his proposal hadn’t sent her into premature labour, although babies born two months premature had a better survival rate than those who were born a month premature, which always fascinated David. Stacey had suggested they best leave and David began to lead her out of the restaurant but then had to stop to pay the bill for their meal. Thankfully the waiter understood their problem and brought their bill to them very quickly which David had then paid by cheque and once more began to lead Stacey out toward the car to get her to the ER of the hospital.
A David drove he kept glancing toward Stacey to make sure she wasn’t in any more pain than she had already been in, but also trying to concentrate on his driving and not wanting them to crash. Stacey then apologised for ending the night like it had. David just gave her a warm smile but still with concern in his eyes and shook his head, “You have nothing to be sorry for honey, just as long as everything is alright with both of you, that’s all I’m worried about, okay?” A few minutes later David had them at the emergency section of the hospital, parked the car and immediately jumped out and went round to help Stacey out of the passenger side before flipping the button to lock the doors and turn the alarm on. He then with his hand on the small of her back again walked her into the reception area of the emergency room. A nurse approached them right away. “Yes, can you please take a look at my fiancée, she took some pains while we were out for a meal, we just want to make sure everything is okay and she hasn’t gone into premature labour.” David explained as he stood there with Stacey, keeping his arm around her firmly just in case she would faint. David hadn’t even realised he’d said the word fiancée, but that’s what she was now, she might not have physically said yes, nor had he put the ring on her finger, but her face and emotions had been an answer in itself and he knew that answer had been yes.

David again apologised, this time for not covering up his emotions well. Stacey reached over, and touched his hand. "Hey it's okay. We are only human David, and if we have to hold back what we truly feel, then we aren't normal." She then wondered where all that came from. She giggled a little then, "I think I have been hanging around you too long."
After Stacey said that she would have to try something else, she saw David shake head, and then he commented more. Just hearing what he said, made her love him more. He just had the right things to say, and all of it always made her feel special. Stacey smiled warmly at him, "Okay, so maybe I should stop impressing, then just be myself I guess."
David commented on what she said about the ice cream, and she smiled at him. There seemed to be a lot of things that he would have to remember, but it didn't seem to be an effort for him. Then she had a thought about the ice cream, and wondered if it was going to be used later. All these hormones were bringing her naughty side out, but she loved it nonetheless. After David had said he was glad that he chose the restaurant for them tonight, Stacey nodded. She hadn't been out to many around these parts, but it was definately one to visit again soon.
After David had proposed, Stacey went to answer, when she had to stop, when a pain, then another came over her. She had then suggested that they should go, which David agreed to. David quickly paid the bill, and ushered her out of the restaurant, and towards his car. As they drove, almost at the emergency section of the hospital, Stacey had apologised for ending the night like it did. She saw that warm smile, and also concern from David, then he replied. Stacey nodded, knowing that was all that mattered. She didn't want anything to happen to the baby. Really they had been through enough, what with this now being the third emergency visit from her. How much could she and the baby take? But really this little emergency was only due to the excitement - good excitement.
They were soon at the emergency section, and David helped her out of the car. She had another pain, but it felt weaker than the last. Yes, she thought, it was definately a false alarm, but still it was good to get it checked out. David then guided her towards the emergency section, and they were soon met with a nurse. As David spoke, she did hear what he said, and had to smile weakly at what he called her. So it seemed he knew what she was going to say after all. Stacey was getting a little tired from all the excitment now, and she was feeling a little weary.
The nurse nodded at David, and eyed off Stacey. She then turned to get a wheelchair that was parked near then, and gestured for Stacey to sit, which she did, thankful for the seat. The nurse turned to David, "Just follow me and I will get you all settled in one of the cubicles, and then will get a doctor for you." The nurse pushed Stacey towards the third cubicle in from the door, and then headed off to get a doctor. Stacey smiled weakly at David, as she sat in the chair. She looked around, and heard other sounds in the emergency section. There were cries from children, and a couple of people calling out. Stacey just wanted to get it all over with, so that she could get back to David and the night he had planned for them.
Then the nurse came back. "The doctor will be here in a few minutes. But in the mean time, I will just get you to come up onto the bed, and I will take an ultrasound of you to see how your baby is." Stacey nodded, getting up onto the bed slowly, and then waited for the nurse to do her thing. She was then asked to lift her top, and the nurse put on the gel, which made Stacey jump a little. Then the nurse began to move th paddle over her stomache. Soon enough the area they were in was filled with the sound of the strong heartbeat of the baby. Stacey couldn't take it anymore. "Is she okay?" The nurse smiled, "I can't see anything wrong, but I am sure the doctor will be able to tell you more. I would say that it was just a false alarm."
The paddle was moved away, and Stacey was given a papertowel to clean herself off. The nurse then said that the doctor would be with her in a couple of minutes, and left them alone. Stacey looked at David, feeling tears sting her eyes. "That's great news." Though she knew that not all was completely confirmed until the doctor came in.

When David apologised for not covering up his emotions well he felt Stacey take his hand and then she spoke. What she said made him chuckle a little and he gave her a bright smile before replying, “Changing your vocation in life Stacey to become a therapist?” He asked joking with her and he chuckled again. But what she said was true, and it’s only what he would have said to Stacey if it had been reversed. Stacey then giggled a little which made David laugh all the more and then she said she had been hanging around him too long. He looked into her eyes smiling, “Nowhere near long enough Miss Potter, where have you been all my life?” He winked at her still grinning and still teasing, although he did wish that he had met Stacey years ago.
As they continued to joke about Stacey being beautiful she eventually said that maybe she should stop impressing and just be herself, David grinned and nodded his head, “You don’t have to try and impress me Stacey, being yourself is the most important thing. I love everything there is to love about you Stacey, you must know that.” David would tell her he loved her every minute or every day if he didn’t think she would get bored or fed up hearing him declare his love. But it was how he felt and every day he was sure the love he felt just continued to grow stronger.
Soon after David had proposed Stacey began to get pains in her stomach and once he had quickly paid the bill he guided her out to the car and soon had her at the emergency room of the local hospital. He was a little scared because this would be the third time Stacey had to be taken to the emergency, it made him wonder if having a second child later would be such a good thing for her or not. If she was going to keep having problems the doctors would likely advise her against having more. Not that it really bothered David although having a baby with Stacey which was his blood as well as the one they were having now would be nice, but it wasn’t necessary.
Once inside David soon explained to the nurse about Stacey possibly being in labour and could someone check her over. The nurse gave Stacey a wheelchair to sit in much to David’s relief at least she could relax a little now and then the nurse told David to follow her which he did. She took Stacey into a cubicle and then told them she would get a doctor to come and see them soon. David smiled at the nurse, “Thank you.” He then saw Stacey give him a weak smile and he took her hand in his and gently caressed it, “It will be alright Stacey.” He gave her a reassuring smile, but truth was deep inside he was scared he was wrong and that everything wasn’t alright.
Soon enough the nurse was back saying the doctor would be with them soon but in the meantime she was just going to give Stacey an ultrasound. There wasn’t much David could really do now apart from be there for Stacey as he watched her get up onto the bed as instructed by the nurse. Once Stacey was on the bed he moved closer to her and took her hand in his once more and again began gently caressing it as he watched the monitor hoping for a positive outcome. Once David heard that sound which he knew to be the baby’s heartbeat he was overcome with emotion and a tear escaped his left eye. He wiped it away with his free hand feeling a little silly, but even men could be emotional and David was no exception to that rule.
Stacey then asked if she was okay, referring to the baby and David couldn’t help but smile when the nurse replied saying she couldn’t see anything wrong but the doctor would confirm it but it was likely just a false alarm. He let out a little sigh of relief then and squeezed Stacey’s hand gently and then bent down and kissed her on the cheek. The nurse then left them saying the doctor would be in soon and Stacey looked at David with tears in her eyes. “Hey, hey, it’s alright honey, no need for tears and yes its wonderful news, but I guess we should hear what the doctor has to say but I’m sure it’s all fine.” David was getting a little anxious however and hoped that the doctor wouldn’t take too much longer to make his appearance and confirm that everything was okay so he could take Stacey home, she needed to relax. More importantly, he wanted to put the ring on her finger and make the fact she was his fiancée all the more official.

Stacey shook her head, snickering a little. "No. Maybe your profession and your personality is rubbing off on me." After she had commented on about hanging around him too long, Stacey smiled at David warmly, when he said that she had basically not hung around him long enough, and where had she been all his life. She shrugged at the last line, "Don't know. Hanging out with the wrong guys most probably." Well it was true. All the guys she had ever dated or slept with ended up being the wrong one, but now it seemed that David was the right one in the end. Everything led up to that first meeting, getting them onto the right path. Getting Stacey back on the right path.
"I know that I don't have to impress you. I don't think I have been really." She then looked at him, "And I think the best of me has come out when I have been with you." The sessions with him, before his feelings came out to her, did work wonders. All the doubts and heartache she had been through all came out, and soon left her. And they were almost non existent now, thanks to him.
After the drama at the restaurant, David took Stacey to the emergency section of the hospital. A nurse had been kind enough to be there when they got inside, and David had explained what had happened. Stacey was soon seated in the wheelchair, and wheeled into a cubicle, where the nurse left them to go and find a doctor. Stacey had then given David a weak smile, as she waited for the doctor. David then took her hand, caressing it, and said that it will be alright. "I hope so." With her free hand, Stacey rubbed at her stomache, feeling a little pain, but nothing to what she had felt earlier.
The nurse came back then, and said that the doctor would be there soon, and she was going to give Stacey an ultrasound to check the baby. Stacey got up onto the bed, as the nurse had asked, and once she was settled, she felt David take her hand, which felt good in her own. Just having him there to be there for her was helping the situation somewhat. Though she would relax more once she knew that nothing was wrong with the baby, or herself. Soon enough the sound of the baby's heartbeat filled the cubicle, and Stacey felt a sigh of relief come over her. Though she did ask the nurse if everything was okay, and the nurse said that she couldn't see anything wrong, but the doctor would be able to tell them more.
She felt David squeeze her hand when there was a positive from the nurse. After the nurse left, Stacey had turned to David, with tears in her eyes commenting on what the nurse had said. A stray tear fell, as David said that it was alright, no need for tears, but yes it was wonderful news. Stacey nodded when he said that they should hear what the doctor has to say. She rested back in the bed, and tried to keep calm until the doctor came to see them.
Stacey sheepishly grinned as one Doctor Daniel Savarna came into the room. Of all the doctors to see her, it had to be the one that saw her that day, when she had run into that crazy guy who was lurking in the park. But it was probably for the best, since he knew what her chart would say about the last two times she had been in. "Hi Stacey. Looks like we meet again." He smiled at her, and then reached out to shake David's hand. "David I presume. Doctor Savarna. We met briefly I think last time." He turned to Stacey, placing her chart on the table. "Let's see what is happening, okay? I just want to check on the baby and see how it's going."
Doctor Savarna took the gel again, and lifted up Stacey's shirt, spreading the gel on her stomache. He then turned the machine on, and began to slowly move the paddle over her stomache. The sound of the baby's heartbeat was heard again, and Stacey smiled again, looking at the screen. Everything seemed normal to her, but she had to wait to see what the doctor had to say. He looked at the screen, slowly moving the paddle over her stomache, then he stopped, and lifted it off. He reached over for some of the paper towel, wiping the gel off of Stacey. "It all seems fine to me. I think it was just a Braxton Hicks contraction. How do you feel now?"
"I feel okay, just a little tired after all the excitement. The pain has more or less gone now." Doctor Savarna then turned the machine off, and went around to the end of the bed, pulling the curtain around the entrance of the cubicle. "I would like to just check and make sure everything internally is okay." Stacey nodded, and slipped down her pants and underwear, and the doctor placed a sheet over her. She tried to keep still and calm as the doctor felt around, a couple of times she shifted slightly at what he was doing. Not the most comfortable position to be in. The doctor was soon finished, and he went over to the both of them. "Everything looks good to me. but I would suggest some rest for the next few days. And I would like you to come back and see me next Friday, and see how everything is going. Might be good to make regular appointments, every one to one and half weeks with me, okay?"
Stacey nodded, then looked at David, and a small smile appeared, and then her attention went back to the doctor, who was writing in her chart. Once he was done, the doctor handed Stacey a card, which she saw had the number of his office where he worked in the hospital. "Just give my office a call on that number on Monday, and we can arrange a time for you on Friday. I will let them know that you will be calling." Stacey nodded, "Thanks. So I am all good to go home?" Doctor Savarna smiled, "Sure. But make sure that you have someone to look out for you, okay? You just need to take it easy. You have two months left, and we don't want this one coming too early." The doctor smile, "Okay, well I will see you two on Friday." He held his hand out to David to shake, and gave Stacey a smile, and then he went back into the main are of the emergency section.
Stacey slowly slipped her pants back up, and sat up, sitting on the edge of the bed. "I am glad that everything is okay. I was just so worried when the pains hit. I think that I will know what is real, and what is a false alarm, since this is the second time for the false alarms." Stacey shook her head grinning, and then got off the bed, and slowly made her way out of the cubicle, reaching out for David to take her hand.

When Stacey replied to him asking her if she was changing her vocation in life he had to chuckle slightly and then couldn’t help but say as he was still in teasing mode, “Well not a bad thing that it’s rubbing off on you I don’t suppose. It was nice; it makes me wonder if that’s how my patients feel when I’m helping them.” David loved being a therapist but because he was the one doing the helping he didn’t know what it felt like to the person being helped. He felt like he sort of got an idea how they may feel when Stacey spoke to him the way she had. When David asked Stacey where she had been all his life he gave her a small smile at her response. “Well, hopefully you’re with the right guy now.” David wasn’t the type to be big up on himself, so he would never have said well you are with the right guy now, but he did like to think she was, because she was definitely the right girl for him.
David gave Stacey a warm smile when she said she knew she didn’t have to impress him and didn’t think she had. He shook his head slightly, “Well there are two types of impressing Stacey. The type where you subconsciously impress someone and the type when you know damn well fine you’re trying to impress. You have indeed impressed me Stacey, but it’s all been a natural progression, like how you came through the therapy sessions, that impressed me. But you have never tried to impress me, you’ve always been yourself and that’s what I fell in love with.” The therapist had just automatically came out in David there as he explained about the whole impressing thing but he didn’t think Stacey would mind and he just gave her another warm smile when he finished talking.
After David had to take Stacey to the hospital he had tried to reassure her by saying that it would be alright, but secretly inside he was wondering if it would be. However he felt he had to be strong for Stacey, that’s what she needed right now. It wouldn’t have done her any good if he’d began to panic about the baby. Maybe that was the doctor in him that although he was dying on the inside over it, he knew he had to be strong for Stacey. She had replied saying she hoped so and David just continued to caress her hand, there wasn’t much else he could really do.
Soon enough the nurse began to check Stacey over and said everything looked okay but she would get the doctor to come in and confirm everything. David felt totally relieved and then saw Stacey lie back in the bed until the doctor came into to see them. David constantly held her hand caressing it, and smiling trying to reassure her. If Stacey was told to take things easily then David knew he was going to be like a guard dog with her, he didn’t want to lose either of them. A moment or two later the doctor came in and right away David remembered him from the incident a few weeks back when Stacey had hurt her back when she was attacked by some mad man. The doctor came toward him and held his hand out to shake which David did. “Yes I am David and we did meet briefly last time, you were a great help to Stacey.” David let go of the doctor’s hand and stood back a little to let him do what needed to be done, although he stayed as close as he could to Stacey to continue holding her hand.
David didn’t interrupt at all while the doctor spoke to Stacey and checked her out, but another wave of relief washed over David when he heard the doctor confirm that everything looked fine to him as well and mentioned Braxton Hicks contractions. David knew about those and he had a funny feeling if it were ever the real thing Stacey would know about it, because her waters would break. However when it came to pains during a pregnancy it was always better to get it checked out. The doctor then gave Stacey an internal examination and again after a few moments confirmed that everything seemed to be okay, but she was to keep regular appointments with him. David nodded his head, “That will not be a problem Doctor Savarna.” David would make sure he and Stacey attended every appointment.
He might have his patients, but they were always easy to reschedule their appointments with him, all he wanted to do was be there for Stacey when she needed him. The doctor then spoke to Stacey some more giving her a card and telling her to contact the number on it on Monday to make the appointment for the Friday. Then Stacey asked if she was good to go and the doctor replied saying yes but she was to make sure she had someone to look out for her. David smiled at the doctor, “Don’t worry about that Doctor Savarna, she’ll be as good as gold with me there to watch over her.” He then turned to Stacey and winked at her, knowing full well that she would know that she wouldn’t get away with anything when he was there watching over. The doctor then said he would see them both on Friday and held his hand out to David again. Once more David took the offered hand and shook it. “Thank you again for everything you have done and will do, Stacey and our baby mean the world to me.” He said in a slightly gushing voice but he couldn’t help it.
Stacey then got herself ready and sat up on the bed saying she was glad everything was okay and that she was just so worried when the pains had started and went on to say how she thinks she’ll be able to tell the real thing from the false alarms now. “Well it’s always better to be safe than sorry where pregnancy is concerned Stacey. I’m just glad everything is fine too, and I am sure you will know when it’s the real thing, I am sure we’ll both know.” Stacey then got up off the bed and held her hand out for David to take and he led her back out to his car and soon enough he was heading in the direction of Stacey’s apartment.

Stacey listened to what David said, and smiled, shrugging once. "All I know is that you did help me, and now looks like I have helped you a little." She knew she would never do what he did, as she didn't know if she would have the patience for it. Stacey just loved writing too much. She slowly nodded, when David said that he hoped that she was with the right guy now. "Yes, I think I am." Stacey sighed a little, knowing deep down that she was.
Stacey listened to what he said about the two type of impressing from a person. It felt good to know that she hadn't been trying hard with it. She never wanted to be the way she used to be, and it felt like those days were permanently over for her. This new and improved Stacey was on her way up, and she was taking David with her on the journey. "Well I am glad then." She was so content with her life now, that she couldn't wait to see what else was to come with her and David, whom she loved with all her heart.
Once the nurse had said that she could see that everything was okay with Stacey and the baby, Stacey felt relieved, then she said that the doctor would be with them in a few moments. Those few moments soon came and went, and the doctor came in, the same one who had seen her that last time after the attack, which Matt helped her with. Once exchanges were made between Doctor Savarna and David, the doctor gave Stacey another ultrasound, confirming what the nurse had said, and then gave her an internal examination, which was uncomfortable for Stacey.
Doctor Savarna than said that he would like her to keep regular appointments with him. Stacey nodded, then looked at David, when he spoke to the doctor. She knew that David would be like that, making sure, but at that point in time she wasn't going to argue. She didn't have the strength to argue, and knew that it was the best thing for her, if she kept having these Braxton Hicks contractions. Once Doctor Savarna had given her his card, telling her to call his office on Monday to make an appointment, she had asked if she was all good to go. He said yes, but she had to have someone with her. That was an understatement. David wouldn't leave her side for a second until she was right. She patted David's arm, while she looked at Doctor Savarna. "Don't you worry. This one won't let me out of his sight." Stacey then looked at David, rolling her eyes with a grin.
Hearing what David said to the doctor before he left, made Stacey smile, and look down at her stomache, resting her hands on it. Yes, she was rather content, and couldn't wait to give David her official answer, even though she knew he knew what it was already. Stacey then pulled up her clothes, and then sat on the edge of the bed, and stated that she was glad everything was okay, hoping that she would know the real thing now from the false alarms. She nodded at what David said. He was right, it was best to get things checked out. If she hadn't, something could have been terribly wrong with her or the baby, and one or both might not have been around right now. She shook that thought out of her head, not wanting to think about that ever.
Stacey then got off the bed, and took David's hand, and they both headed back out to his car. As they drove towards her apartment, she turned, and lent over, wrapping her arms around his arm, gently enough so that he could continue to drive. "And David. The answer to your question... yes. I will marry you."

David gave Stacey a warm smile when she smiled at him and shrugged saying she didn’t know but she knew he had helped her and now it would seem she had helped him a little. She had helped him a little at that point to feel better about things, but she had helped him much more than that and probably more than she’ll ever know or realise. When David had said he hoped Stacey was with the right guy now he had to smile at her response. “That’s good to know.” Something deep within David was glowing hearing Stacey saying those words to him.
After David had went into explanation about the whole impressing thing when the therapist in him had come out automatically he smiled brightly at Stacey’s response as she said she was glad. It did make him wonder how often the doctor and therapist would come out in him around Stacey. He honestly hoped it wouldn’t be too often, he never wanted for Stacey to regret hooking up with a doctor and therapist if he was inadvertently going to make her life hell going on about things all the time.
Once Stacey was checked over and given the all clear and Doctor Savarna had said she was good to go if someone could watch over her David had said that she would be as good as gold while he was there and turned to wink at Stacey. David had to then chuckle when Stacey replied telling the doctor that David wouldn’t let her out of his sight. He nodded his head then, “That is very true.” He then looked down at her and grinned, loving that smile of Stacey’s all over again. They had then begun to make their way out to David’s car.
As David drove them both toward Stacey’s apartment he soon felt Stacey lean in toward him and gently wrap her arms around one of his own and then she spoke saying the answer to his question was yes, yes she would marry him. The small smile which had been on his face as he was driving toward Stacey’s apartment slowly grew and then he glanced at her briefly. “I sort of knew that was the answer from your reaction before the emergency, but it’s nice to hear you say it. I love you so much Stacey, my life would be pointless without you in it.” David then continued to drive and soon enough he had pulled up outside Stacey’s apartment. He jumped out of his side and immediately went round and opened the passenger door for Stacey and helped her out of the car. He then pushed the button to put the top down and lock the doors and put the alarm on.
He then turned to Stacey with a smile taking the box back out of his pocket again, “Before we go inside, I think we should maybe try this again.” He went back down on one knee and looked up at Stacey smiling because this time he already knew what the answer was, “Anastacia Potter, will you do me the great honour of becoming my wife?” Once Stacey officially answered again he stood up and took her left hand and placed the ring on her wedding finger. He then kissed the back of her hand, then put his arms around her waist and lifted her up off of her feet slightly and then leaned in and kissed her passionately.
{ooc - sorry it's not that big a post, but there wasn't much I could go on without repeating a lot of stuff. Maybe we could follow on with the next day in this thread - or just create a new one. lol}

Stacey snickered a bit, and shook her head, when David confirmed that what she said about him not letting her out of his sights being true. But she couldn't be smart with him, when she saw that grin of his. She hated having to rest, but she loved David taking care of her. Once she was okay to leave, they headed back to David's car.
As David drove, Stacey had gently wrapped her arms around his, and spoke to him, saying that the answer to the question was yes. She watched as the smile grew on his face, and she smiled back when he glanced over at her. Stacey sighed a little, as he spoke, then looked at him softly, "I love you too." She then let go of his arm, and sat back in the passenger seat, and slowly placed her hands on her stomach. She loved everyone in the car, and was happy with her life, despite all the drama with the pregnancy. Soon enough David was in the front of her apartment, and he came around and opened the door for her, helping her out. She slowly got out, and grabbed her bag, closing the door behind her.
Stacey was about to turn and head towards the door to the apartment complex, when David spoke. She smiled and nodded, and watched as David got down on one knee, and looked up at her. Stacey bit on her bottom lip as David proposed a second time, and without a second thought, she spoke. "Yes, David, I will marry you."
Stacey couldn't stop smiling at David, giggling a little as he placed the engagement ring on her finger. As he kissed her hand, She placed her other hand on her stomach, feeling a kick from the baby, like she was telling Stacey that she liked her answer or something. Then David put his arms around her waist, as Stacey put her arms around his neck, lifting her up a little. Then he leaned in for a kiss, which Stacey immediately returned. After a few seconds, Stacey pulled away, and hugged him to herself. She lifted her left hand up to have a look at the ring, and grinned at it. Yes, this was the most happiest time for her, one she would never forget.
{ooc - it's okay Mands. It is the end of this one. If you wanted to keep this thread going, then I am all good with having the next day rp'ed out. I might work on an image tonight.}

Saturday 12th December, 2009 After the romantic evening had taken a slight dramatic turn with the false alarm of Stacey going into labour David had finally proposed to Stacey again once he had gotten her back to her apartment, by going down on one knee again outside and asking her to marry him all over again. There were no hesitations and Stacey said yes. This led to David kissing the back of her hand before he then lifted her up off of her feet slightly and then kissing her passionately. Once they were inside he kept to his word as he had promised the doctor and made sure Stacey rested. Of course this meant that David put his foot down on them making love thinking that it would be too much for her given what she had gone through earlier. Instead he made sure she got plenty of love and affection and fell asleep holding her in his arms. It was now the next day and David had agreed that he would help Stacey move some of her things into his house. Breakfast had been and gone and it was now around nine in the morning and David felt that it was now a good time to start getting some of the things moved. However he didn’t have a big car and he then had a thought. He opened his mobile and calling an operator he asked for them to put him through to a local van hiring company. Once he was through he asked if he was too late to hire a van for the weekend. He was told that he wasn’t too late and they could have the van dropped off at Stacey’s apartment in the next half an hour. David agreed and gave his card details over the phone to pay for the hire. He sat down on the sofa and when Stacey came into the living room he gave her a smile and then began to tell her what he had done. “I hired a van Stacey, I thought it would be for the best, I don’t think my car is big enough to take things, and if you want most of your things moved over this weekend, I figured a van would be a good thing. It will be here within half an hour.” He then gave her another smile. “So, do you have any preferences to what you would like moved first? In other words, where should I start?” He knew that he wanted Stacey to see what he had been working on for the baby, but he wanted to make sure that they managed to get a good bit of the things she really wanted in his house first. {ooc - sorry it's short again but dare say it will build lol}

Stacey was definately a happy woman right now. Last night had been filled with happiness and much drama, mainly from herself. It always seemed that drama followed her, but these days not so much. The only main drama had to do with her pregnancy, and really some of these things couldn't be helped. She loved being pregnant, don't get her wrong, but she couldn't wait for when it was over with, and she got to hold the baby, which she still thought was a girl, in her arms. What was even better was that she had a guy by her side, by the name of David.
Even with having to go to the emergency room, and then going home, feeling a little exhausted from the drama of the false alarm, Stacey felt like she was still up for the whole perfect ending with David, but it seemed he was following the doctors orders. She of cause pouted, not being happy about no sex, but she understood. Didn't want to risk anymore false alarms during the night. So she agreed, but loved that he stayed the night nonetheless. Stacey felt safe in his arms, and was quite content to sleep, even if the baby kicked a couple of times during the night.
So now it was the morning, and Stacey had her usual for breakfast, and was feeling more energetic than she did last night. She was full from breakfast, and was now sitting in the small dining area off from her kitchen, with her obvious helping of ice cream, not worrying about the time of day. Once she was finished, she placed the bowl in the sink, and headed out to the lounge room, where David was now. She smiled back at him, and then he told her what he had done. Stacey nodded, and then sat down next to him, placing her feet up on his lap. "Sounds good. And really there isn't that much, since there was some furniture in here, which is permanent. But I can point out what is mine anyway."
David then continued to speak, asking her if she had any preferences to what she would like moved first. Stacey tilted her head a little, and thought about it. "Well this lounge is mine, and there are a few smaller and medium sized stuff that is mine also. Maybe just move things that I won't miss if it goes today. Maybe keep the lounge, and my bed. If need be we can eat diner in the lounge, so we can probably take the small dining table." She wondered if any of it would be needed at his place, as he probably already set up. "But you will have to tell me what you can fit in okay? You probably have most or all of the things that I have."

Once Stacey had come into the living room David had told her about hiring the van to help her move some of her stuff. He figured if he could shift most of it in the first run, then it wouldn’t take them too long to get Stacey moved in. She nodded in reply to what he said and then sat down putting her feet onto his lap. This prompted David to hold her legs and then use his hand to trail it up and down gently as she spoke to him saying that what he had done sounded good and that there wasn’t that much because some of the furniture had come with the apartment. David nodded his head and smiled, “Well I am sure you will point me in the right direction. I should take the things for the nursery as well.” David only said that because he knew they belonged to Stacey as they had bought them on their shopping trip that day.
David had then asked Stacey if she had any preferences to what she wanted moved first and he smiled as she tilted her head to think about it. When she spoke, she mentioned that the sofa they were sitting on was hers. She continued by saying to move items which she wouldn’t miss once they were gone. It made sense to leave the sofa and bed, besides David had his own king size double bed, so really Stacey didn’t need to bring her bed with her. It was at that point David realised that most of the items Stacey would want moving he already had at his place, but they could be replaced with Stacey’s items if they had sentimental value to her, his items didn’t but they were all fairly new and comfortable. Just as he thought about that, Stacey then told him he would have to tell her what he could fit in.
Still stroking her leg, he replied, “Well, you’re right, I do have most of the things you may have wanted to bring with you, but if anything has any sentimental value to you, then they could easily replace some of mine. Bedroom furniture is a must other than a bed, as I have a king size double bed, but I only have a small wardrobe and one set of drawers as I have never had anyone living with me before, I haven’t needed the extra clothes space, you know? Your sofa could probably come over if you wanted it, because I only have one sofa which sits two. Obviously I have all the kitchen appliances, unless you have small things you may want for whatever reason I don’t have at my place.” David explained which he hoped would be a good start for Stacey to tell him what she would definitely want or need to be moved.
Once the van arrived until Stacey made up her mind what she really wanted to bring, the first things he could move would be the nursery items, and maybe her wardrobe and drawers and clothes, so long as she looked something out to wear the following day first. “I was just thinking maybe the first things I could definitely put into the van when it arrives would be the items for the nursery and maybe we could get your wardrobe and drawers moved if they belonged to you? Obviously you would have to look out some clothes to wear for the following day.” David suggested and smiled waiting to see what Stacey would say to that.
Just at that point Stacey’s doorbell sounded. David gently patted Stacey’s legs, “Well that will likely be the arrival of the van, I’ll get the door shall I?” But he didn’t really wait for an answer as he gently moved Stacey’s legs to get up and went to the door. Once he opened it he saw the van parked behind his car, along with another car which was obviously going to take the driver of the van away again. The man at the door began to speak, “Mr. Callaghan?” He asked and David nodded his head smiling, “Here are the keys to the van, and if you would just sign this form for us, we’ll collect the van off of you on Monday.” David nodded his head, signed the form, took the keys from the guy, “Thanks, if I need the van longer, will it be alright to contact on the Monday?” The guy nodded his head smiling, “Sure Mr. Callaghan.” With that the guy made his way to the car which was waiting for him and David made his way back into Stacey’s living room, tossing the keys to the van up and down in his hands and grinned.
“Well that’s the van here now, so have you made up your mind on what you really want to take? Shall I start by putting the nursery items into the van first like I suggested?” David asked grinning at Stacey feeling really excited that in the next day Stacey would be living in his house with him and he couldn’t help but feel good about the fact his life just seemed to keep getting better and better.

When Stacey had put her feet up, and soon felt David hold her legs, and start to move his hand up and down her legs gently. It felt nice, and she leaned her head on the back of the lounge as she spoke. David replied, stating that she would point him in the right direction. When the mention of taking the nursery things was said, Stacey nodded. "Yes. I don't have any use for them yet." She smiled, and patted her stomache. It had been another close call last night, but thankfully it was only a false alarm.
After David has asked if she had any preferences to what was to be moved first, she had thought about it, and rattled off a few things. But then said that things that woudn't be missed should be moved first. After thinking that the furniture that she had was probably not needed, she said that he would have to tell her what he could fit in his place. David then said she was right, and that he did have most of the things that she might have wanted to bring with her. Stacey shook her head when he spoke of anything being sentimental to her. Really all the things that she had to buy was what she had to get when she moved away from Brendan. Though she was lucky when she got the apartment that she didn't have to buy a whole heap of stuff.
Stacey listened to what David said about what he probably could take of hers, if she had it. Thinking about what he said, she finally spoke. “Well, I did get only one set of draws, and a small wardrobe. The lounge is mine, so yeah that can come. And the appliances, besides the coffee machine, belongs to the apartment. Though really never used the coffee machine, don't know why I bought that in all honesty.” Stacey then thought of her bed. That she had bought, and it had been quite good to her. “Do you have room for the bed tomorrow? It is just that it wasn't the most expensive bed, but it is quite comfortable. Maybe it could go in a spare room? If not I get sell it. Just a thought.”
She couldn't really think of anything else, besides the small dining table, which she used occassionally, but had used itmore recently when David was over. “The only thing is the dining table. Then you have all of my small bits and pieces, like clothes, the baby stuff, dvd's, and other things that will have to be boxed up I guess.” Stacey felt that she had gotten a good deal with the apartment, even with all the stuff that had been in there.
David then said that the first thing he could definitely put in the van was the nusery items, then the bigger items like her wardrobe and draws. She smiled when he said that she would have to take out some clothes for the next day, “Of cause.” Stacey then wondered what she could have for tomorrow, again thinking that she might have to get a couple more tops, as she seemed to be growing slightly in size ever couple of days. Stacey knew that she had another two months left, but if she kept going like this, she would have to keep buying clothes. “I will have to make sure that what I get out for tomorrow fits. I think another shopping trip is in order for some bigger clothes.” Stacey then nodded. “Sounds good to me. A good start for today.”
Stacey then turned at the sound of the doorbell, and knew after a second who it was. David confirmed what she was thinking, and she nodded, as he moved her legs, and she then slowly sat up, waiting to see who it was, allowing David to get the door. She nodded at him, and watched him head towards the door. Stacey got up off the lounge, and slowly headed towards the door, as David spoke to the guy at the door. She gave him a smile, resting her hands on her stomache. Once all the formal stuff was done, Stacey started to head towards the lounge room, and turned to face David, who was coming back in also.
Stacey nodded, when David asked about if he should start with the nursery items. “Sounds good David.” She then led the way towards her bedroom, where it was all stacked neatly on the floor. Stacey stood back for him to take the bigger, heavier things, and then Stacey began to pick up some of the bags with the clothes, things that weren't that heavy.
