When David mentioned that he could do with extra drawers and another wardrobe as he really only had space for his own clothes and mentioned about bringing her sofa as he only had a sofa for two he smiled as Stacey responded. She also mentioned a coffee machine which was her own but she had never used. David actually didn’t have one of those, he always made his coffee the old fashioned way, boiling a kettle and pouring the water into a teaspoon of ground coffee. “Well, we can take your set of drawers and wardrobe, and if once they’re in we feel we need more, we can buy more.” David responded with a smile thinking that was good enough. “We can definitely bring the sofa and you might as well pack the coffee machine away, I might like one of those, only ever made coffee the conventional way.” He chuckled a little then and Stacey then continued asking if he had room for a bed the next day.
David nodded his head, “I have two spare rooms, one of which I’ve been turning into the nursery and the other which has a single fold away bed. So that room could take your bed, mine is fairly new and king size, but if you feel that you aren’t comfortable in mine, and miss your own bed, as that can happen, then I can bring your bed into my room, which will be our room and mine can go in the spare.” David explained giving Stacey a warm smile. David had been in Stacey’s bed often enough to know he could sleep well in it, so if it turned out that Stacey felt more comfortable in her own bed than his, then he would do the swap without giving it a second thought, because as said many times before, David will do anything for Stacey.
Stacey then mentioned about a dining table and then all of her small bits and pieces which could also be moved. David nodded his head, “A dining table is good, I don’t have one of those, because I’m used to being a television eater.” He laughed, and realised that would sound really stupid if she didn’t get what he meant, so he went into an explanation. “That is to say that I usually sit with a fold away table out and eat while watching the television.” When you live alone things like a dining room table aren’t necessary because whenever he saw his mom or sisters, he would be at his mom’s house, they never really came to visit him for meals or anything like that, so he had no need for a dining table. At the mention of the smaller bits and pieces, like clothes and DVD’s, David nodded his head. “I’ll see about getting some empty boxes to pack that stuff away tomorrow.” He could go around and ask some of the shop owners in the local shopping precinct as they were always folding up empty cardboard boxes to dump. If he asked early enough he would be able to salvage some.
When David had mentioned about Stacey remembering to keep some clothes out for the following day so he could take her clothes away too, she had mentioned about making sure she looked out clothes which fit and the possibility of going on another shopping trip to get bigger clothes. David nodded his head, “That sounds like a plan. Would you like me to come with you on the shopping trip? I know clothes shopping isn’t every man’s cup of tea so to speak, but I daren’t let you out of my sight.” He chuckled a little then, and gave her legs a gentle squeeze with the hand which had been caressing her legs. “Do you think you might allow me to treat you to the new clothes?” David knew Stacey liked to be independent, and because he promised he wouldn’t take that away from her, if she chose to buy the clothes herself then he wouldn’t stand in the way of that.
It was at this point the hired van arrived and David told Stacey he would get the door and he did just that. Soon enough he had the paper’s signed and he was handed the keys and the van was all his. He then said that he would start with the nursery items like he had suggested earlier and Stacey led him into her room. The first thing he did was lift the cot and take it out and then he returned for the changing table and the last thing he collected was the baby bath. He saw Stacey lifting up some of the bags and he smiled at her knowing she wanted to help, “Just make sure you don’t lift anything too heavy.” He winked at her and grinned, well the last thing he wanted right at this minute was a repeat of last night. Once the nursery items were in the van and he had added what Stacey had picked up, it was only about half way full.
“There’s probably enough room in this run for your drawers and wardrobe, would you like me to put those in now? Or I can leave them until the next run, if you want time to look out something for tomorrow?” If Stacey wanted more time, then he could probably take the coffee machine just now and maybe the dining table on this run.

After Stacey mentioned what she had to move over, David commented on them, and she smiled, and occassionally nodded at his reply to the things she spoke of. When he commented about packing the coffee machine she had, Stacey giggled a little, and nodded. "Well, I have hardly used it, so I sure you will use it a lot then." She didn't know why she hadn't used it, but she hadn't had the urge to have coffee since she became pregnant, which was probably a good thing. Though all the Coke she had been drinking was enough caffeine.
After she mentioned about the bed, David replied, and Stacey listened to what he said. "I am sure your bed is fine, I just thought it would be good to keep my bed, as it has been so good to me." She gave him a smile, "But yes, if your bed doesn't work out, then we can swap, or I can just sleep in it till the baby comes." That might be it, she thought, if it came down to that. She knew that after a while it would get more difficult to sleep, and her bed might work out better towards the end.
David then commented about the dining table, and she nodded, "Well now you have one." She kind of got what he meant, and since that the table would be gone, they would be doing exactly that: eating dinner in front of the television that night, unless they were at his place that night. Stacey then mentioned about other bits and pieces that would need to be moved, and David commented about getting boxes for that tomorrow. "Sounds good. At least I can pack stuff while sitting down, so that I don't do anything too bad." She smirked a little, knowing that David would know what she meant. Stacey could just sit either in the living room or the bedroom, and pack things in those areas. It wouldn't be to stressful.
When the talk of clothes came up, Stacey mentioned about having to buy more, since she was getting bigger. Hearing David speak about shopping trips not being every guy's cup of tea, but he didn't want to let her out of his sight, she shook her head, sighing a little. She gave him a small smile. She wasn't mad or anything, but maybe it was for the best that he was there, in case anything did happen. Stacey hated to be watched like a hawk, but really after everything that she had been through, David was only being protective, in a positive and concerning way. "Yeah, that should be fine." Then David asked her if he could buy her some new clothes. She gave him a bit more of a smile then, "Sure." They hadn't been out much to buy things, so really she didn't mind at all.
Soon enough the van came, and David dealt with the guy who came to the door. Once it was all settled, Stacey agreed to having the nursery things being packed up, and led the way to her bedroom. Here David had taken the cot, and he left her in the room, where she sorted through what she could take. David was then back in the room, taking the change table, then later the bath. Stacey had chosen then to carry a few bags that weren't that heavy to her.
Stacey turned to David, when he told her to make sure she didn't lift anything too heavy. She sighed playfully, and then nodded, "I won't." Stacey was able to add in a few bags of baby clothes and other bits and pieces to the van, with a couple of trips with it all. David then commented that there was enough room for her set of drawers and the wardrobe, and did she want him to put them into the van. He then suggested she could leave it for the next run to his house if she wanted to look for something for tomorrow. "If it is okay, I will stay back here while you run what you have now, and I will go through and find something for tomorrow, if that is okay?" It might give her some time to find something, and maybe pack some of the clothes into her two suitcases that she had, so that it wasn't too heavy to move the wardrobe or the set of drawers.

When David had commented about packing the coffee machine he had to chuckle at Stacey giggling a little. Then she spoke saying she had hardly used it and she was sure he would use it plenty. He broke into a grin then. “Well, you could say that, not that I couldn’t have bought one for the house, just never thought about it. I have one at work though. I reckon it will come in very handy.” David loved his coffee, he found it the best way to the start the day and it was certainly the best drink to de-stress after a difficult session with a patient and he loved the one he had at the office so why he hadn’t bought one for the house was a bit of a mystery really.
After David had spoken about his bed he smiled as Stacey said she was sure his bed was fine, but she just thought it would good to keep her bed as it had been good to her. David nodded his head smiling, “That’s fine Stacey.” Then David had mentioned about swapping his bed for her own if she began to find it uncomfortable and he nodded his head again as Stacey responded to him. “Well, I would rather swap the beds if it came to it, I am not sure I could sleep without you beside me now no matter how restless you might happen to get.” He said with a look of love on his face and smiled at her brightly. Of course if it was a case of Stacey being more comfortable in a bed by herself then he wouldn’t make a fuss about it and let her sleep in her own bed in the other room because David would do anything to make Stacey happy.
David grinned and nodded his head as Stacey confirmed that he had a dining table now, it probably would have been something he may have gotten eventually, but now there was no need. When Stacey had mentioned about smaller bits and pieces to move, David had said he would see about getting boxes for them, and he nodded his head as Stacey said she would be able to pack stuff while sitting down so that she didn’t do anything too bad and he caught that smirk of hers. “Okay, I think I can allow that.” He said teasing her like he had been doing a lot recently and chuckled as he winked at her. But truthfully packing things into boxes while sitting down really shouldn’t be that stressful and he would still be there anyway just in case anything should go wrong.
When Stacey had mentioned getting more clothes and David added about going with her, he saw her shake her head and sigh a little. So maybe he was crowding her. Maybe he should let her go on her own, he would only be a phone call away should anything happen when he wasn’t with her. “Well if you feel like I’m crowding you or covering you in cotton wool then I won’t stop you from going on your own providing you have a mobile phone with you should anything go wrong and you get me contacted as soon as possible.” David said with care and concern in his voice and gave her a warm smile. Going on a shopping trip wouldn’t have bothered him, but he didn’t want Stacey to feel like she couldn’t do anything without him breathing down her neck. David had then asked about buying some of the clothes, so after saying he would let her go by herself if that’s what she wanted he said, “So, I’ll just give you some money before you leave to put toward some of the outfits since you agreed to let me buy you some.”
Soon enough David was beginning to fill the van up with the nursery items and Stacey was lifting up some bags to which David had told her to make sure she didn’t lift anything too heavy. He heard her sigh playfully but agreed that she wouldn’t. He grinned at her and then replied, “Good girl.” He then went into a slight chuckle. David had then told Stacey there would be enough room for her set of drawers and wardrobe on that run, or did she want him to wait until the next run to give her time to look out some clothes for the following day. Stacey replied saying she would like to stay back while he took the first lot to his house and she would look out some clothes. He gave her a warm smile, “That’s fine Stacey. Don’t do anything too strenuous while I’m not there to keep an eye on you.” He teased and then gave her a quick kiss before he made his way out to the van.
David’s house wasn’t too far away from Stacey’s apartment, so he had the van back at his place within about fifteen minutes. A further fifteen minutes he had the van emptied and put the nursery items into the nursery he had been working on along with the bags Stacey had put in. He wasn’t sure if everything in the bags was for the nursery or not, but he was sure Stacey would soon put him right when she came back with him on the second run. David then made his way back to Stacey’s apartment which of course had taken him another fifteen minutes, so he had been away for forty five minutes altogether and hoped that Stacey would have had enough time to get something looked out in that time.
Soon enough he was back at Stacey’s apartment, he hadn’t locked the door when he left, so he would be able to get back in without bringing Stacey to the door, but before he walked in to the living room so as not to scare her, he shouted as he walked in the front door, “It’s only me back Stacey.” Then he made his way into the living room giving her a bright smile. “Okay, so are we ready to get the last of your things shifted then?” He asked and sat down on the sofa while he waited for Stacey to respond.

Stacey listened to what David said, in regard to the coffee machine that she had. At least someone will get use out of it for the next couple of months. Who knew if and when she would get the urge to have coffee, maybe once the baby is born. "Well that's great. It will get some use then." At least it wasn't a complete waste of money, thought Stacey. "Kind of like a house warming gift, even if it is me who is moving into your house."
Stacey smiled warmly at David, when he commented more on the bed situation. But then she looked down at her hands. "I haven't slept night after night with someone for a while, so let's see how it goes. And yes, I can see that I might get restless. I have read that the later stages I might be constantly kept awake from the baby kicking, and moving around. Not looking forward to that one." Stacey liked sleeping when it is dark, and knew that she might have to take more frequent naps during the day to make up for less sleep during the night. And now since that she had to make more frequent appointments with Dr. Savarna, then she would have to make sure that she is more alert.
Stacey sighed, and put a hand on his arm. "I'm sorry David. Sorry that I made you feel that you had to say that. I know that you are only being concerned for me, and you want to be there for me, after everything that has happened." She felt a bit sad then, thinking that she must have sounded like she was not happy. Stacey was more than happy. "Maybe it is the hormones talking now." She sat on the edge of the bed, and looked out the window, feeling the hormones taking over, and tears began to fall. She felt stupid for crying over something that was nothing. He then suggested about buying her clothes, and then said about giving her money before she went shopping. Stacey wiped at her eyes, "I feel so stupid right now. I am not stopping you from coming. Just forget how I was with it. I would be happy for you to come." She gave him a weak smile, and then half laughed at how she was acting.
After that little bit of drama, David began to pack the van with the items that she had said could go. Stacey had wanted to help, and carried out some bags. She then decided to stay back to go through the drawers and wardrobe to see what she wanted for tomorrow. Stacey half laughed when David said for her not to do anything too strenuous while he wasn't there. He then kissed her, "I won't." She gave him a big smile, and then watched him leave to take the van load back to his house.
Stacey then started to look for something to wear the next day, and decided to put aside a long sleeve shirt, and a pair of her maternity jeans, that were still rather comfy. She then put aside underwear, and thought that the shoes she was wearing right then were fine for tomorrow. Stacey then placed those things on the chair that had been in the room when she arrived in the apartment. She then started to pull out clothes from the wardrobe, and fold them neatly, placing them on the bed. That didn't take took long, and soon she was going through the drawers, placing the clothes on her bed. Once that was all out, she soon realised that her bed was half covered in piles of clothes. Great, she thought, where am I meant to sleep tonight?
Not caring right at that moment, she headed towards the lounge room, where she thought she might as well find and pull out all the dvd's she owned. Just at that moment of her sitting in front of the cupboard, she heard the door, and then head David call out to her. "I'm in here," Stacey called out. She then turned back to the pile that she pulled out. Stacey turned when she heard David come into the room. "Hey." David then asked if she was ready to get the last of her things shifted. She turned, resting her hands on her stomache. "Well, I have cleared out the wardrobe and the drawers, and now my bed looks like a neat clothes store. So looks like I might be looking for somewhere to stay the night." She smirked a bit, and then turned to the pile of dvd's she had next to her. "I have just pulled all these out of the cupboard. So these and the clothes will need boxes. So the wardrobe and drawers can go, and since there really isn't anything else, I guess the bed and the lounge. Everything else was already in the apartment."
Stacey got up, and slowly made her way over to David, sitting on the lounge next to him. She snuggled into him, resting her hand on his chest. "I love you, you know that?" Stacey looked up at him smiling, then snuggled into him, feeling a bit tired, even though she didn't do a lot.

David smiled as Stacey commented about the coffee machine, saying it will get some use and how he could use it as a housewarming gift, even if it was her who was moving in. He chuckled at that, Well, I reckon you moving in is warming, warming to my heart, so housewarming isn’t too weird of a thing to say.” He smiled brightly at her then. He couldn’t wait until she moved in officially and then he couldn’t wait until she became his wife, so he could take great pleasure in showing her off and introducing her to all his friends and family and work colleagues as his wife. He was so in love with Stacey and so very proud of her.
When Stacey commented that she hadn’t slept night after night with someone for a while and just to wait and see how it goes. David could understand that, nodding his head he said, “Well, if it comes to your comfort over me feeling lonely, then I would rather you were comfortable. I’ve been sleeping on my own for so long now, that I am sure I would get used to it again if necessary.” He gave her a warm smile, desperate to let Stacey know he was being as understanding toward her needs as much as he could be. When Stacey continued to speak and commented about being kept awake most of the night with constant moving and kicking from the baby he felt a bit sorry for her. “Well, just remember that each pregnancy affects women differently all the time, you might not have those problems.” That wasn’t to say she wouldn’t, but he felt there was no real point in her thinking about it now, if she would happen to be the one who wasn’t kept awake.
When David finally told Stacey that she could go shopping on her own providing she had a mobile phone with her t get him contacted should anything go wrong, he heard her sigh and then she put a hand on his arm. When she spoke, he wasn’t sure where to look or what to say, because he hadn’t said what he said out of anger or frustration, he just wanted Stacey to be happy. “No, no Stacey, you didn’t make me feel that way, I just realised that I shouldn’t be breathing down your neck constantly.” He replied trying to make her see that she hadn’t upset him or anything. She then added something about the hormones talking, and sat down on the edge of the bed and the next thing he knew she was crying. But he had mentioned about giving her money before she left to get the outfits he said he was going to help her buy. David moved over to the edge of the bed and sat down and pulled her into a hug.
“Hey, hey, it’s alright, there’s no need to get upset, I wasn’t angry and you didn’t make me feel bad, I just realised that maybe I am covering you in too much cotton wool. I don’t want to be one of these obsessive boyfriends.” He tried explaining and then hugged into her again and kissed her on the cheek. “You’re not stupid Stacey and if you want me to come then I will, I just needed you to know that if you wanted to go by yourself then I would be fine with it, so long as you have a way of getting me contacted should anything go wrong. I’m just worried about you, you’ve been in the hospital three times over things since I met you, I kind of don’t want you in there again until you’re due to give birth.” He kissed her on the cheek again and kept his arms wrapped around her. “I love you Anastacia, just remember that.” He whispered into her ear, and then placed a hand on her stomach, “And I love Baby Potter too.”
David had then begun to pack the van with the items Stacey said could go, and as he left her alone to sort through some clothes for the following day he had told her not to do anything too strenuous while he wasn’t there, the hawk coming out in him again. Stacey laughed a little at him and said she wouldn’t and gave him a big smile. That was good enough for him, “Good, see you soon then.” He replied as he then left Stacey alone. After about forty five minutes David was back at Stacey’s apartment and shouted that it was just him back before he walked into her apartment. Stacey soon greeted him saying where she was. He had then asked if she was ready for the rest of the items to be moved, and he smiled as she turned to him resting her hands on her stomach. He smiled as she spoke to him about the clothes on her bed and needing somewhere to sleep for the night.
“Well, I could always bring back a case with me for your clothes after I take the wardrobe and drawers? Unless you’re more than happy to sleep at my house, I will have no objections to that, since it’s going to be technically our house now.” He grinned and winked at her, wondering what she might say to the suggestion of the case. Then she added about taking the bed and the sofa making him wonder if she wanted those moved today as well, when originally they were going to be moved the following day. “So, you want me to move the bed and sofa today as well then? Is this because you’re talking about staying at mine tonight anyway?” He asked just to clarify what she was saying.
Stacey then got up and sat next to him on the sofa and was soon snuggling into him, resting her hand on his chest and then she said that she loved him and did he know that. He moved his head so that he was sort of looking down at her from where she had snuggled in and smiled warmly at her. “Well that’s good, because you know something? I have this secret, I love you too.” He then moved his head so that he could give her a gentle lingering kiss and decided to just sit there like that with her for a few moments before heading off to pack the rest of the items she wanted moving to his house.

"Okay," Stacey said, smiling at David, when he spoke about the housewarming comment she made. The way he put it sounded nice to her ears, and couldn't wait to move in with him. The last time she moved in with someone it was almost instantly, and now it felt right somehow, as she had taken her time in moving in with David. Everything was just falling into place, which made her content and happy.
Stacey listened to what David said, in regards to the beds, and she gave him a warm smile, "Thanks David. But I will try out your bed. You never know, it might be more comfy than my own." She couldn't wait to be in his bed with him, just snuggling, but hoped she wouldn't wake him with her constant getting up, and also moving around because the baby thought it was time to play and all that. Stacey had pointed out that she was being kept awake most nights because of the baby, and she nodded as David commented about how it affected woman differently each time. "I hope so. I have been grateful for how it has gone so far, despite the things that I have had to deal with. But I know whatever comes I will just deal with it all again. Though hopefully next time it will be with you from the beginning."
Stacey hadn't meant to get upset, but it was the hormones taking over again, which she just couldn't control this time. She soon felt David sit on the bed next to her, pulling her into a hug. Stacey hated being like this, she just felt completely stupid. Though hearing David's reassuring words, it was making her calm down somewhat, and she pulled away, wiping at her eyes, saying that she felt stupid for the way she was acting now. David hugged her again, kissing her on the cheek, and she listened to what he said next. Stacey moved a little, and gave him a small smile, listening to every word he was saying. She nodded when he said that he was fine with her going by herself, just as long as she had a way of contacting him should anything go wrong. Well, that is understandable, thought Stacey.
"Okay. And I completely understand. I don't want another visit in there either. Only the times that we go and see Dr. Savarna." Stacey felt more calmer now, and closed her eyes as David kissed her on the cheek, murmuring slightly at the feel on his lips. She placed her hands on his arms, which were wrapped around her. "I love you too, David," Stacey said as she moved closer to him. Then he put a hand on her stomach, talking about loving the baby as well. "I am sure..." Then she got a kick, and turned to David, all excited, "Did you feel that!" Stacey smiled brightly, and moved his hand over to where the kick was felt the most. Then another kick happened in the same spot. She smiled all the more at David. "I think that Miss Potter loves you too." Stacey kept her hand over David's own for a few seconds more, loving the fact that the baby was responding more and more to his voice.
Soon enough David left and let her to go through things to find clothes for the next day. She emptied out the wardrobe and the set of drawers, finding what she wanted, and stacking all the clothes neatly on the bed. Then as she still had time to do things, Stacey went to the lounge room and went through all of her dvd's. This was where David found her, when he came back. Stacey had commented about not having much bed space now as there were clothes on it. "I think I would like to sleep at your place, if that is okay. I can test the bed out. Also I have one suitcase which I can bring some clothes now. But I can't be bothered right now with the rest. That can be tomorrow's job."
David then commented more on what should be taken now or tomorrow. "Well the lounge might as well go now. But the bed is covered in the clothes, so maybe that can go tomorrow. Unless you bring back suitcases, then I could pack them now. But really, I think we can do that tomorrow. Don't really feel like doing it all today."
Stacey then got up and moved over to him, snuggling into him, loving the moment so much. She mentioned that she loved him, and then he moved down to her, and said that that was good, because he had a secret, and that he loved her too. Stacey gave him a smile, David lent in to kiss her. Stacey murmured a little at the kiss, kissing him back. Once they parted, she took his hand, and placed it on her stomach, and then placed her own over his. Stacey snuggled more into David, and sighed, loving just sitting here with him. She didn't feel like moving at all, but knew that they had to get going sooner or later.
Still in the same position, Stacey spoke to David, looking at the stack of dvd's. "I suppose we should get on with moving more things. But I am quite comfortable right now, and don't want to move."

When Stacey said she would try out his bed and added that it may be more comfy than her own he gave her a warm smile, “Okay then.” He just wanted her to know that if she had to use her own bed, or be on her own, that he wouldn’t stop that from happening. Although he truly hoped that she would be comfortable, even if he hadn’t been used to sharing a bed, he was looking forward to it with Stacey and he knew when they started, he would miss her when she wasn’t beside him to cuddle into. David nodded his head, grinning as Stacey spoke about being grateful with how things had gone so far despite the things she’s had to deal with and hopefully the next time she would be dealing with it all the next time with him from the beginning. “Well, I would like that Stacey, all in good time and when you’re ready naturally.”
After Stacey had gotten upset and David had sat down and wrapped his arms around her trying to calm her down, she had eventually pulled away and wiped at her eyes. He had then told her why he had said what he said, but if she wanted to go herself, she had to make sure she had her phone. Really David just didn’t want anything going wrong and was trying to avoid her landing up in hospital again until she was due to give birth. He gave her a warm smile when she said she completely understood. “It’s only because I love and care about you so much.” He said knowing that wrapping her in cotton wool constantly probably wouldn’t be healthy for their relationship and yet feeling if he just let it go, and something had happened, what kind of boyfriend would it have made him?
He soon felt Stacey’s hands on his arms which were still wrapped around her, and he had said he loved her, and she said she loved him too and moved closer to him. David didn’t want to break out of the embrace they were now in and yet he knew he would have to if they wanted to get a start on moving Stacey’s things to his apartment. When David had then placed a hand on Stacey’s stomach saying he loved Miss Potter too, referring to the baby, Stacey was going to say something and then she stopped mid sentence, it made him worry briefly as he looked at her with a raised eyebrow but it soon disappeared when he saw the look and excitement in Stacey’s voice. The baby had kicked and she asked if he had felt it. He hadn’t so he shook his head. “I didn’t feel that one, no.” He couldn’t help but grin because Stacey was smiling so brightly, and then she moved his hand to where she had felt the kick the most before and no sooner was his hand there, the baby kicked again and this time David felt it good and proper. Stacey smiled all the more at David then and said that she thinks Miss Potter loved him too. “Well, it certainly feels like it.” David replied still grinning, it was a fantastic feeling. David loved the idea that the baby may be responding to his voice.
David had then left to take the first lot of items to his house and he was soon back to take the next load Stacey wanted moving. He had made his way into the living room where she had been sorting through her DVD collection. After Stacey mentioned about her bed being covered in clothes David had suggested he bring some suitcases back after the second trip so she could sleep in her own bed if she wanted, however Stacey said she would like to sleep in his bed to test it out. David nodded and smiled, “Okay then and of course it’s alright for you to stay tonight, and I agree some should be left for tomorrow.” But David had then asked if there was anything else in particular she wanted moving that day.
“That’s fine, I’ll take the sofa on the second run then along with the wardrobe and drawers and we can leave your clothes and the other smaller things which need boxes for tomorrow, agreed?” David could have done the whole thing in one day, but he didn’t want to exhaust Stacey, so it made sense to do it over the two days. Stacey had then got up and sat down snuggling into him. David loved when she did that, and he automatically wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. When Stacey had said she loved him, he replied saying it was good because he had a secret and then said he loved her too and Stacey smiled at him, and then he had kissed her and Stacey returned the kiss and the murmur from Stacey hadn’t gone unnoticed. When they parted from the kiss Stacey took David’s hand and placed it on her stomach and then she put her hand over his. He really did love when she did that, it made him feel like the baby really was his as well as Stacey’s. Stacey snuggled in some more and David gently leaned his head on her own, loving being this close to her and knowing that he wouldn’t want to move again.
Stacey then spoke saying she supposed they should get on with moving things but she was too comfortable to move right then. “Well, it’s still fairly early yet Stacey, and I don’t know if I want to move yet either, I’m more than happy to sit like this for a while.” He then moved his head off of Stacey’s again and rested it on the back of the sofa and closed his eyes taking everything in which had been happening and loving it.

Hearing that David was happy with her wanting to share the next pregnancy with him, made her happy also. He had said that it was to be all in good time when she was ready. Who knew when she would be ready. Stacey wanted for this one to finish first, and see how she dealt with the delivery, and also then dealing with someone who was going to be dependent on her all the time, for most of their life. She had heard that others in the sessions that they had gone to, had more than one child, but still went anyway to learn new things if they arose. Just hearing the questions also made her kind of nervous. But she knew she had David with her all the way to help out. At least she wasn't going to be a single parent, which had been her thoughts when Brendan kicked her out that day. Stacey nodded as David commented about him being overprotective of her. He had every right to be, what with what she had to deal with over the last few months, and the last couple of months since she had known him. Then after they said that they loved each other, and David saying that he loved Miss Potter also, the baby kicked. She hadn't meant to worry David, seeing him raise his eyebrows when she didn't continue her sentence. But Stacey then asked if he felt the baby kick, which he said he hadn't. She saw that grin of his, making her smile all the more. Stacey moved his hand to the spot where the baby had kicked, and again the baby kicked right in that spot. She smiled more at David, and then commented that Miss Potter loved him too. Through her smile, she sighed a little, just loving when the baby did kick at the right time. During the night not so much. After David got back from the first trip with her stuff to his house, she had commented that she might have to stay the night as her bed was covered in clothes, just to test it out. Stacey smiled at his reply. Hearing that some could be done tomorrow was suiting her fine, just not having the energy to do it all was probably annoying, but really what could she do? Soon it was discussed what was to be moved next, and Stacey was happy with that. "Agreed. Totally agree." She gave him a smile, then went over to snuggle with him on the lounge. Feeling his arms around her made her feel safe, and loved that he was apart of her life now. David soon kissed Stacey, who obviously returned it with one of her own. Once they parted, Stacey had put David's hand on her stomach, and placed her own hand over his own, and just sat there like that. She moved a bit more to be more close to him. Stacey felt his head lean on hers, and she closed her eyes for a second, loving how she was right now. She was with the man that she was loving more and more, and who was so understanding to her needs right now. Stacey was content, and was loving her life right now. She had then commented on about moving, but she was too comfortable to move right now. When David spoke, she tilted her head slightly up to look at David. "So am I. So let's do that." Stacey moved her head back to the position it was, and rested her head on his chest. She felt his move slightly, but didn't bother with asking if he was okay. Stacey closed her eyes for only a second, but found herself nodding off to sleep. After about five minutes, Stacey began to dream, what she thought would be a nice dream. But the dream was playing on her fears of the birth: "Stacey, push!" Doctor Savarna was at the foot of the bed, and Stacey frowned at him, her face soaked with perspiration. Her breathing was coming out fast, and she tried to slow it down, but with the contractions so intense, it was hard. She shook her head through the tears, "I can't... David?" As she felt another contraction coming on, she looked to the left and the right. But there was no one there. "Push Stacey!" "Where is David?" Stacey screamed, then began to push, closing her eyes, and screaming out as she pushed. When she heard the nurse count to ten, Stacey fell back into the bed.
She then made an effort to sit up, and felt a hand behind her back, and then she saw her sister, Claudia. Tears fell instantly at the sight of her sister. "Claudia.... I... where is David?" Claudia then smiled brightly. "I don't know any David. But I am here, okay? There is no David. You have been living with me the whole time." Stacey felt scared, and frowned at her sister, with huge eyes. "No, no, no. I have been living with David... I haven't been...." Then another contraction came, and Stacey had the urge to push this time. As the nurse counted to ten, Stacey pushed with all her might, feeling her sister's hand on her back. She then fell back into the bed again, and knew after the three pushes, she was unable to do anymore.
Then the sound of a baby crying made all of her fears subside. "Can I see her?" Stacey blinked through the tears, trying to focus on what was being done in the room. Then there was nothing. It was like she was falling... Stacey screamed out, feeling her face covered in sweat, screaming out, "David, David!!!" Over and over again, then woke up. She soon knew where she was, and the emotions came over her, crying her eyes out. Seeing David right next to her, she instantly buried her face in his shirt. Even though her face was right in his shirt, she managed to say, "I never want you to leave me." Then the tears started up again, leaving her a complete mess.

Once David was back at Stacey’s apartment after taking the first lot of items to his house, he had then listed off what he could take next, leaving the rest of the smaller items for the following day. Stacey agreed with what he said and he gave her a big smile. He really didn’t mind moving the rest of the stuff the next day, the last thing he wanted to do was get Stacey exhausted just because he was desperate to have her in his home. Stacey had then come over to him and snuggled into him, which had prompted David to wrap his arms around her holding her close to him. He loved being that close to Stacey and when they were close together like that he always found it difficult to tear himself away from her.
After they had parted from the kiss David had initiated Stacey took his hand and placed it on her stomach and putting her hand over his. It made him sigh gently with contentment. A few months ago he wondered if he would ever find love and now here he was with the most amazing woman and a baby on the way which he just knew he was going to love as much as if it were his own flesh and blood. He had then leaned his head on hers just loving the embrace they were in.
Stacey had then commented about not wanting to move and David virtually agreed saying there was plenty of time yet to move the other stuff and that he was quite happy to sit where they were for a while. He gave Stacey a bright smile when she said she was happy to sit for a while and they should do that. David replied, “I like the sound of that.” David might not be exhausted, but he had lifted a few heavy pieces of baby furniture earlier and he wanted to be able to take her wardrobe and drawers before they left the rest for the following day. So David snuggled into Stacey some more keeping his arms wrapped around her keeping her close to him. He soon felt Stacey move her hand onto his chest and he leaned his head back not wanting to hurt her, but as Stacey closed her eyes, David had done the same thing.
He wasn’t in a deep sleep; he was really only resting his eyes, but it was so quiet that when Stacey began screaming out his name a short while later David physically jumped in the sofa. He looked but her eyes were still closed, so he guessed she had been having some sort of dream or maybe it was a nightmare what with the fear in her voice. Stacey’s eyes soon opened and then David held her arms with his hands looking into her eyes. “What is it Stacey, what’s wrong? Is it the baby?” He asked in a rushed and panicked voice, wondering what had gotten Stacey so upset. She was in a bit of an emotional mess with tears running down her cheeks. Then she buried her face into his shirt and he barely heard what she said when she spoke saying she never wanted him to leave her.
He dropped his hands from her arms and instead wrapped his arms around her hushing her down trying to comfort her. “Hey, hey, it’s alright. I’m not going anywhere Stacey. I love you and our baby, remember?” He said in a calming voice, but it did make him wonder what she had dreamt about to make her so upset, but he wasn’t about to go into that right at this moment, it wasn’t the right time. He pulled her even closer to him and bent down to kiss her on the head because with her face in his shirt he couldn’t reach her face or her lips. He kissed her head a few times, “Don’t worry; you’re never going to lose me.” He then just kept his head gently on top of hers and began to rock with her slightly. “It’s going to be alright.”

Stacey was content to just lay there, with David, and just rest a bit till they moved more stuff. As she was relaxed right then and there, Stacey had fallen asleep. Five minutes had passed and Stacey had had that horrible dream. It was more of a nightmare in her eyes, and it had completely freaked her out. She had woken up screaming out out David's name, which she didn't realise she had been doing, as she was still dreaming, and was still very much asleep. But then she woke up finally.
She saw how David was when she had her eyes open, and she felt his hands on her arms, asking her what was it, and what was wrong. Though because of what she had dreamt, all Stacey could do was just bury her face into his shirt, and mumur that she never wanted him to leave her. The tears were flowing more now, and she so wanted to just calm down, but the nightmare had really freaked her out. It had felt so real, to Stacey at least it felt real. It had really shaken her up.
David had soon taken his hands from her arms and then put his arms around her. Through her crying, Stacey heard what he said, but was so upset, was unable to reply at all. She knew he loved them both, there was no doubt in her mind. But the dream... nightmare... was just so real. Stacey felt the kiss he gave her on her head, and a few times more. Then he spoke a few more times to her as well, and she eventually started to slowly nod in acknowledgement.
Stacey slowly moved her head away from his shirt, and looked up at David with tears slowly falling now. She sniffed a few times, and then looked at him. "I know. But the dream... or more like a nightmare just scared the hell out of me that is all. I never want it to be that way." Stacey grabbed his arm, cuddling it to herself. "I am glad that you will be here for me." She then breathed a few times, willing for the tears to subside, and then rested her head on his shoulder, trying to calm herself done. Never ever did she want to lose him.

Stacey had really spooked David with shouting out his name the way she had even though he knew it was because she’d had a bad dream but it didn’t stop it from making him feel spooked and shaken. He did what he could to try and keep her calm by wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close to him telling her that everything would be alright, even though he had no idea what the bad dream was about but it must have been something really bad for her to have acted the way she did and it was breaking his heart because he hated to see her so upset.
When Stacey did eventually calm down enough to move slightly and speak, he could only shake his head slowly giving her a reassuring smile. “Nightmares can be nasty I can’t deny that, but whatever was in that nightmare Stacey, it’s not going to happen okay? I’m always going to be here when you need me, you’re never going to lose me, just like I hope I never lose you.” He replied with soft and calming words and still rocking with her slightly. Stacey then grabbed his arm and cuddled it to her, and it just made him want to cuddle into her all the more.
Stacey then said she was glad he would be there for her, “Forever and always, I promise.” He replied to her, even though he knew he would die eventually, everybody did after all, but hopefully that wouldn’t be for a very long time to come. David let out a gentle sigh and just continued to hold her to him and comfort her until she hopefully stopped crying. She must be having some real deep rooted fears about the pending birth if it was giving her nightmares because really he couldn’t think what else she had been dreaming or having the nightmare about.
{ooc - I know it's not that big, but like you said, you thought this would finish it - I don't see the need to go into writing about the rest of the items being moved. Let me start the new thread with Dom later - if not today, tomorrow ;D}
