He had been busy dancing with Claire, but then she had to go off and throw the bouquet. He decided to go with her, following her with his hand in hers. As she threw it, he laughed, turning around to see who would get it.
The site of his little sister, running faster then a rugby player and taking out just as many people to get this, made him laugh. His laughing stopped as soon as she caught the thing, and a look of horror crossed his face.
Carla started to be a smartass, saying that it was going to be her next. "Don't even think about it, girly!" He said to her. "No way in hell your getting married"
Bruce walked over, playing a game. "Oh Brucey boy to make me smack that smug look right off your face" he said to Bruce, who was grinning wildly.

Carla still couldn’t believe she’d caught the bouquet. It had been fun although she felt sorry for Henry who had got caught up in the circle of girls. Traditionally the girl who caught the Bride’s bouquet meant they were meant to be the next one to get married. However the only reason why Carla was so pleased to have caught it was because the bouquet was so pretty and technically she shouldn’t have even been there to witness the happy event.
When she walked over to Bruce however, he told her he had been teasing Sam, which to be honest was all that was needed. She knew fine well how Sam would take it, and it wouldn’t be good. But Carla was in such a playful mood herself, she couldn’t help but add a little fuel to the fire.
“Teasing him?” she asked, “But I thought you meant it when you said you would propose if I caught the bouquet” she continued, as she pretended to cry. “How...can...you...be...so... mean?” she added as she turned away from Bruce and desperately wanted to laugh, especially when Sam ended up having a go at her.
Then of course Sam decided to tell her in no uncertain terms she was not getting married. Right okay so she was only sixteen, but why couldn’t she get married if she wanted to? They didn’t have to get married right away, did they?
“Don’t be so silly Sam, we’re only messing around, but you do know that I’m going to grow up eventually and when I do, you can’t stop me from getting married” she said with a pout. Then when he spoke to Bruce the way he did because he had teased him Carla got annoyed.
“And don’t talk to Bruce like that, if you can’t take a joke?!” she said in exclamation.

Claire was so happy to see Carla had caught the bouquet and seemed to be very excited about telling Bruce, however she hadn't banked on Carla and Bruce teasing Sam about a wedding. Knowing how protective Sam was of Carla it was heading for disaster, and she didn't want a disaster at her wedding.
"Oh Sam, I'm sure they're just kidding with you" Claire said into his ear and then pulled his face round to hers and kissed him. So that his attention would be focused elsewhere and hopefully disaster would be averted
"Come on" she said when she stopped kissing him, "I think we have better ways to spend our wedding night than shouting off at your sister and her boyfriend, don't you think?" she asked Sam giving him a playful wink and began kissing him again.
Of course Claire was thinking maybe they should just leave the partying to the guests and just take off to their honeymoon suite, which they had booked for three nights as their honeymoon.

Gabriel wasn't a flower person at all. However, he was trying to act like he was and he was doing a terrible job at it. It didn't mind to him. He was enjoying talking with Riley. She made him feel as if he could be a good person. However, was it the destiny of the Bishop sisters to make him feel like a good person and then go back to his ways? He bit his lower lip and smiled, "Thank you"
"Ha ha!" He said with a bit of a chuckle, "I hate weddings also perhaps, I forgot that when we were speaking at the ceremony" He said. How dumb he was. He should have remembered that. However, he didn't. He really felt dumb. But he didn't care. He was just going to brush it off like he always did. It was a simple mistake.
Gabe watched as someone ran into Riley and then she smacked right into himself. He recongized the boy. "Small world isn't it?" He asked as he glanced around the room. Was he teenager entertainment or what?
