12th September 2009 Lance was enjoying a relaxing after in the park. Just him and his camera. He hadn't really done a lot lately, but he felt that he was always doing something. Either he was hanging out with his brother, Jackson, or he was going out on weekend adventures on his own. Sometimes he wished that he could enjoy some of those things with someone. Sure, he had a couple of friends, but none of them really shared his passion for extreme sports. But today was a nice day to just relax, and not do any of that. Lance hadn't slept well the night before, so now he felt really exhausted. He had taken a few shots of the scenery, but now decided to just sit, and look around. As he sat back on the bench, he recalled that lately he hadn't been sleeping well, and that he was tired most of the time. Lance didn't want to worry his parents with it all, keeping it to himself. Looking at his watch, Lance saw that it was only 3:45pm, and felt that he was ready for a nap before dinner. So he got up, and began to head back home again.

It had been some time since Stephen had saved TJ and her family from that crash. Stephen from the future. He had been so nice, but he just disappeared from her life. There one day and gone the next. Now she was alone other than her family. She had no real friends and she really needed to find some. It didn't matter if they were in a different state, with TJ having the ability of time-space manipulation it would be easy to get to them, and just as easy to bring them to where she stayed.
So, deciding another trip to New York was in order, she closed her eyes thinking of the area, and soon she was no longer in her bedroom in Las Vegas, she was in New York. It was great how she could do that, just close her eyes, think of the place and be there seconds later. Thankfully it always managed to place her somewhere nobody would see clearly that she had just basically popped up.
This time it landed her in a park, and taking a look around, it didn't seem to be that busy, thankfully. She did begin to wonder where about the park was, she just knew she was in New York somewhere. She began to walk in the general direction of where the shops would be, to see if she'd be on time for a bit of a shopping spree. It was great having such a wealthy cousin, Brendan was forever popping money into her account, or giving her blank cheques to treat herself. She took a look at her watch, and figured she'd just about have enough time to make it, if she was quick enough.
Naturally, looking at her watch, meant she wasn't really watching where she was walking and soon she bumping right into someone, with such a force, she ended up falling right onto her backside. "Damn!" She exclaimed, and then began to laugh, it's not as if it had hurt, she just felt really foolish for falling. When she looked up, she felt even more foolish, when she saw it was a guy. She blushed furiously then, and couldn't do anything but look up at him with a sheepish smile on her face. She then sheepishly waved her hand at him, "Hi there."

Lance sleepily started moving on home, and kept an eye out, incase he bumped into anyone. But then he pulled out his phone, to check to see if anyone had texted him. He had hoped that Jackson might tell him how things were going with Emma, as they were now engaged, and had a baby on the way. Lance was only nineteen, going on twenty, and was happy for his brother, but was glad that it was Jackson, and not him. Though in a way, Lance hoped that he wouldn't be almost thirty before marrying someone. He hoped that it would be a bit sooner then that, but not yet.
As Lance began to put his phone back in his pocket, he looked up just in time to see someone coming towards himself. But not quick enough to call out for them watch out, or weave out of the way of them. "Oh...," was all Lance got out, before he stumbled back, steadying himself, so that he couldn't fall. But the other person wasn't so lucky. Lance soon saw that the other person was a girl, maybe around his age, or year or so younger. He heard her say 'damn', which made him smirk a bit, but it soon left his face, as he decided to speak to her.
Hearing that laugh of hers, made him smile. It rang in his ears, which made him like it instantly. Looking at the girl, he saw her appearance, and began to like what he saw. As he continued to look at her, Lance saw her look up at him, and blush. Another thing that he noticed that was kind of cute. Then the next thing that she did was wave her hand at him, saying 'hi there,' to him. Lance grinned, trying not to laugh. "Hi yourself." He then put his out, in hopes that she might take it, so that he could help her up off the ground. "You okay? I wasn't watching where I was going. Looked up just in time to see you right there in front of me. No time at all to do anything."

Tonya couldn't believe she'd fallen on her backside, it was rather embarrassing, especially when the person she'd bumped into was a rather cute guy. She could feel one almighty blush come over her, covering her face and neck. After the amount of times she had teleported into something or someone, you'd think she'd have learned her lesson to watch where she was going by now, but no. She just lay there on the ground looking up at him and smiling sheepishly, she really felt like a fool.
When she had said damn, she noticed him smirk, not that it bothered her too much, she was already beginning to laugh over the incident herself anyway. When she did begin to laugh, she noticed the smile on his face, and she couldn't help but blush all the more. What was happening to her? Then she thought back to Stephen, she'd gone the same way over him too when she'd met him. Sadly he had just disappeared from her life, which upset her a little, but he probably went back to his own time, missing his family or something.
It was time to move on with her life. When Tonya had waved her and at him and said 'hi there', he said 'hi yourself' and grinned, which made Tonya smile brightly at him. Then a hand was extended out, and Tonya took it without much hesitation and with his help she was soon on her feet. He then asked if she was alright, and how he wasn't looking where he was going. Funny how she was thinking the same thing herself.
She began to shake her head, still with her bright smile on her face, "No, no, I'm not hurt, well, maybe my pride." She began to giggle then, as she felt her face blush once more. He then began to say that he wasn't looking where he was going, and now he had no time to do anything as she was just there. "No, no, it's fine, and really, I was the one not watching where I was going, I was looking at my watch at the time." She wondered if she should introduce herself, or if this was going to just be one of these fleeting moments, and he'd now walk away knowing she was fine.
What harm could it do? She held her hand out with a warm smile on her face, "Tonya Jaime Ford, you can call me Tonya, although most people, close people, call me TJ." She waited to see if he would take her hand and introduce himself as well. She had come to New York for a bit of late minute shopping, but maybe she was going to get a little more than she bargained for.

Lance was glad that this girl took a hold of his hand, in order for her to stand, rather than being on the dirty ground. He watched as she shook her head, as he mentioned that he wasn't looking where he was going. She shook her head, still smiling at him. That smile was definately something that he really liked about her, even if he knew nothing more about her, this was the thing that he noticed. That smile would brighten up anyday.
"Well, that's good then that you are physically okay." Lance let go of her hand, and then for a split second, Lance looked her over, but not in a creepy way. He was definately not like his brother in some ways, but he was never one to eyeball a girl like others his age did. He thought more of himself than to do that. She then replied to what he said about him not watching where he was going. "Okay. But let me take some of the blame still."
Lance look around, wondering what he should say or do next. He looked down at the ground, dragging her right toe of his shoe on the ground. But he didn't have to wait through the awkward silence, when the girl held her hand out, and told him her name. Lance looked at her, and started to take a hold of her hand, shaking it. He listened to her say what her name was, and the extended explanation of what others call her. "Well Tonya, nice to meet you. Lance Poe. But everyone calls me Lance." Lance shook it for a few seconds more, then let go of Tonya's hand.
"Are you from around here? I don't think I have seen you around this part of town, as I frequent this park a lot when I need to do some thinking, or just need time on my own."

For some reason Tonya couldn't stop smiling at the guy who had held his hand out to help her up off her feet, there was just something about him, which made Tonya relax. When he said that it was good she was physically okay, she laughed a little again, "Just feel a bit kinda stupid is all, eh?." The Canadian and Texan accents coming out in her all at once. Tonya originally being from Canada, but loving to copy her big cousin Brendan's accent as well, so her accent always sounded rather mixed.
As Tonya had stood shaking her head, saying he wasn't to blame, she noticed him look her over, which made her blush slightly. He then went on to say that he should take some of the blame, Tonya realised that maybe she was beaten a little. "Alrigh' then, sure, ya can take of the blame eh?" She giggled a little then, if it was going to make him feel better to share the blame, then why deny him that?
Once Tonya had held her hand out and introduced herself, he soon took her hand and said it was nice to meet her and then gave his own name. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet ya too Lance." After Lance let go of her hand, a few seconds later he then asked her a question about where she was from and saying he frequents the park a lot and hadn't seen her around much.
"I'm not from here, no... am from Las Vegas actually, just here on a trip, got to be heading back in a couple of hours." No sooner had she said that, she felt sad, because she would have to leave, but knew she could come back anytime she wanted to, but she would then have to explain her ability to this guy and she wasn't sure if she should do that, what if he wasn't like her? Then she thought, stuff it, "But I can get back here anytime I wanna though, so don't worreh."
{ooc - for info in case you don't know, Canadians have a habbit of saying words ending with a y to come out like eh sound, hence worry being spelled worreh.}

"Oh, don't feel stupid. You don't look it." Lance could have really smacked his forehead for saying that right then. "Sorry. Didn't mean it like that. I mean you look good ... um ... good to go." He just seemed to be making it worse, and decided to shut his mouth for the rest of eternity. Then when she said that she would let him take some of the blame, he smiled at her sheepishly. "Okay. Good then." He had heard that giggle of hers, thinking it was cute.
When she said it was a pleasure to meet him, all Lance could do was smile. She was really pretty. He had been in only one relationship in his whole life, but that never lasted. Compared to Tonya, she was nothing. Should he be thinking like this, after only a few seconds of meeting Tonya? Well, maybe he had that in common with his brother, a hopeless romantic, who falls for the first girl he sees. It seemed that one, when Jackson always told the story of how he and Emma met. Lance hoped that one day he might have that, but maybe a tad slower than how it came about for Jackson.
Lance listened to where Tonya was from, and nodded. But when she said that she had to be heading back in a couple of hours, Lance kind of felt a bit let down, on his part. Why was it when he met a pretty girl, they were always going? But then she mentioned about coming back anytime she wanted. This made Lance brighten up inside, trying to not show it on the outside. "Oh really? That must be good then. Must be nice to go anywhere you want." Lance looked at his shoes, kicking a leaf to the side on the path. "I haven't really left New York myself. I really need to find a job to get any money. Still living at home with my parents." Again, wondering why he had actually mentioned that last part, he wanted to seriously bang his head against a brick wall, to knock some sense into himself.
So in order to change the subject, he smiled at Tonya. "So, do you need an escort back to your hotel or something? We can continue this conversation there, if you need to leave soon." Lance had nowhere to be right now, and it would be nice to get to know Tonya better.

{ooc - *giggles* loved Lance's post about the whole stupid line, it was awesome}
When Lance said she wasn't to feel stupid, she didn't look it, Tonya, had to put her hand up to her mouth, so she didn't burst out laughing, because she could see, that as soon as he'd said it, he was regretting it, and then began to try and cover it up, by mumbling other things, which didn't seem to make it much better. She then put her hand on his arm, "Lance, it's alright, really, I actually found that rather funny." Then being unable to keep it in any longer, she began to giggle furiously. Then she had said, he could share some of the blame, and he seemed happy with that. He saw that sheepish smile of his, "Definitely good."
After saying she was pleased to meet Lance, she couldn't help but notice how cute, well not the typical word to describe a guy, but it was all she could think of, how cute he looked. He had a lovely smile, and lovely eyes. She wondered if Brendan was right with his whole 'love at first sight' article thing he had written months back, maybe it did work. Then she felt like slapping herself mentally for thinking like that. She was eighteen, nineteen in October, he looked as if he was older than her, what would make him interested in her?
After Tonya had said that she had to head home in a few hours, but that she could come back to New York any time she liked, Lance said it must be good to be able to go anywhere you wanted. She just grinned at him, "Yeah, it's pretteh damned awesome actually." Lance then continued to say he had never left New York, not being able to afford it and still being at his parents. "You haven't ever left New York, really? That's kinda sad actually." Then she had an idea, he would have to know about her ability at some point, especially if anything was to happen between them, and well he seemed to be someone she could trust.
"If there was anywhere in the world you'd wanna go, where'd it be?" She couldn't help but ask him, as she took his hand in her own, "See, all I have to do is close my eyes, and I can take you anywhere you want." She then did that, thinking of home, well more the Las Vegas Strip, and in a flash, as she opened her eyes, both she and Lance were now standing in the Las Vegas strip, lights on all the casinos and hotels flashing everywhere. "Like, now, you're in Las Vegas, where I actually live." She gave him a bright smile, "See, I can take you anywhere you want, I can also take us back in time, forward in time, I can even stop time itself." She had got so carried away with what she was doing, she didn't even stop to think that he might be completely freaked out by what she had done.
She then, closed her eyes again, and still keeping his hand in her own, she soon had them back to where they had been in New York. "Sorreh, I should have maybe explained to you about myself first, before I just went and showed you my ability like that." She blushed a little, feeling really silly now. What if he was one of these special haters?
When Lance asked if she needed an escort to her hotel room or something, she just shook her head, "Well, as I've just shown you, I can get anywhere I want within seconds, I don't have a hotel here, but I can either, take you back to Vegas for some fun, or we can go for a coffee or ice cream or something here?" That's if he hadn't completely freaked out on her and began to walk away from her, thinking he'd be best out of it.

Well it seemed that Lance didn't make a complete full of himself, with saying that she didn't look stupid. It seemed that his mouth had a mind of it's own, rather than his brain being attached to it all. He just wasn't thinking right now, what with someone beautiful standing right there in front of him. Lance had soon felt a hand on his arm, and TJ telling him that it was alright. Now she thought it was funny. Now Lance was an idiot. He looked at her, with a bit of a frown, but not a deep one. "Okay."
Lance listened to when TJ said that it was pretty awesome to go anywhere she wanted to go. Now he felt pretty stupid for not having left New York at all. But really, there had been no point, as his whole family lived there. Though he had to admit, he had visited the different regions of Manhattan, and rounding areas, as Jackson was always playing in clubs and bars. But now he was part of C-PAX, and would soon enough travel around America himself. "I know. I lead a sad life, unlike my brother."
Then before anything else was said, TJ started to ask him where in the world he would like to go. Lance looked to the side, then back to TJ. "I don't really know. Maybe wherever my brother ended up touring? I have no idea." Lance then listened to what TJ had to say, and seemed to look at her intensely as she spoke. Interesting, Lance thought. She had taken his hand, and then watched as she closed her eyes. Then all of a sudden, Lance couldn't believe his eyes. He was now standing in Las Vegas, it looked like. He was so flabbergastered, that he found it hard to form words. TJ spoke, and then told him that they were in Las Vegas, where she lives, and then continued on about how she can take him anywhere he wanted.
Lance soon realised that his mouth was hanging open, and quickly shut it. "I ... um ... what just happened?" Then TJ spoke about taking them back in time, and forward in time, and she could also stop time. Before Lance could speak more, TJ took his hand, and they were back in the park. Lance looked around, and started to get a bit light headed with all that he had just taken in, and with moving from one place to the next. He quickly sat down on the bench, as TJ apologised. He put his hand up, "No, it's okay. So you have an ability. I have heard of the Evolved Humans, as my brother is engaged to one. Her family have all got an ability, but never really been involved in one, that is all."
Lance had then asked if she wanted him to walk her back to her hotel, but then knew that he was just muddled in the head, and knew that she wouldn't have one. Looking at his watch, he had time to do whatever he wanted. He would just make sure that he would be back for his curfew, that was all. "Well, since it was such a fleeting visit there before. Why not go to Las Vegas. I am not old enough yet to gamble, but it would be good to see what I would be in for when I was able to."

Tonya noticed the frown on Lance's face, not a big one granted, but a frown just the same. She hadn't meant to upset him, and seriously hoped she hadn't. It wasn't in Tonya's nature to upset people, certainly not on purpose anyway. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel bad with laughing, it's not because I think you're stupid or anything like that, find you rather endearing to be honest." She stopped the giggling and just gave him a bright smile then instead.
When Lance said he led a sad life because he hadn't left New York, Tonya shook her head, "It's not sad, some people can't afford to go travelling, nothing wrong with that." Although it certainly helps having an ability which can take you across the world in seconds, she thought to herself. Tonya had then asked Lance where was the one place in the world he had always wanted to go. He had replied saying anywhere his brother was touring. "I see, well I had always wanted to go to Australia, and I can, and I've been about six times now." Not that she needed money to go there, oh no, she could just teleport there, it was fantastic. She then realised she may have sounded a bit up herself with the whole Australia thing. "Sorreh, just I get a bit carried away sometimes when I talk about what I can do with ma..." She almost said the word ability, and thought she best not say that, not yet.
So, instead, she decided to show him and soon they were standing in the Las Vegas Strip. Lance then asked what had happened, which was only to be expected. She smiled brightly at him, "We just teleported from New York to Las Vegas, that's what happened." She had then went into detail about her ability more, and Lance basically said nothing, and soon she had them both back in the park at New York, when she had apologised for just showing off her ability instead of telling him about it first.
She was glad that he didn't seem to be too bothered by what had happened, and that when she apologised, he said it was okay. He then told her his brother was engaged to an Evolved Human. So, that was good, he knew of her kind then. She nodded her head and smiled, "Yeah, tha's what I am too, an Evolved Human, my ability is Time-Space Manipulation. I can basically go anywhere in the world, and can mess around with time also." The fun she could have with Lance, by taking him back to the 1800's. Talk about giving yourself a virtual history lesson?
When Tonya had asked if he wanted to go back to Las Vegas or stay in New York, she couldn't help but give him a bright smile when he'd agreed to go back to Las Vegas seeing as it was such a fleeting visit before. "Las Vegas it is then." She took his hand again, and closed her eyes, and within seconds, they were once again in the Las Vegas Strip. "I'm not old enough to gamble either, nineteen soon, but still not old enough, but we can take a walk around, you can see the sights. Could even take you back to my house and talk and listen to music if you wanted." She hoped she wasn't being too full on with the house remark, but she basically didn't have any friends she could call her own in Las Vegas, so it would be nice to be able to sit in her room and just listen to some music.

Lance was a bit taken aback with her comment of finding him rather endearing. Had never been called that before. He was always known as the annoying little brother, or a bit of a stick in the mud sometimes. But never endearing. He retuned her smile with one of his own, then looked down at his shoes.
He listened to what Tonya said about travelling, then commented about how she had wanted to go to Australia, and had been like six times. Lance put his hand up slightly, when she had apologised for getting carried away a bit. "No, it's okay. I am sure that when I am ready, financially, I will start, you know? I just hate asking my parents for money." And I don't want to ask my brother for money either, thought Lance.
This was the time that Tonya showed him her ability. She had taken his hand, and they were soon standing in Las Vegas. Just seeing it all made Lance speechless, not sure what to say. He had obviously asked what had just happened, and Tonya explained. Still trying to wrap his hand around what she had said to him, they were soon holding hands, and back in the park.
It was good to know a little about the whole Evolved Human thing. The Poe family were human, with no abilities, so had never known about them, until Jackson started dating one. Emma's ability was not something that you could see, but he kind of felt that it was something that would definately come in handy. Lance often wondered what it would be like to have an ability. He was sure that there were many types out there, and many Evolved Humans as well.
Tonya told him what her ability was called, and was glad that she broke it down into simple terms as to what it meant. "Cool. Well, I think it would be a cool ability to have. But is it sometimes daunting to have an ability? Not sure how I would go with one, or what I would want as one, if I had one. Maybe one that wasn't one that would cause destruction to others. Not a bad person myself, and would never want to either."
Las Vegas was the first thing that popped into his head, when she asked where he wanted to go. So after she held his hand again, which he soon noticed felt nice in his own, they were back in Las Vegas. He listened to what she said about not being old enough either. "I won't be twenty-one till next March. But going back to your place sounds nice. Haven't just relax with music for a while." Lance like his music, but lately, had been just out and about in New York, just taking in the sights, and just doing a lot of thinking.

Tonya nodded her head when Lance said that she didn't need to apologise, and that he was sure he would start when he was ready financially. But that was the thing with Tonya, other than having money to spend when she went anywhere, she didn't need money to get there. The beauty of having an ability such as the one Tonya had. "I can understand that." She was almost about to say that with her ability she could take him anywhere he wanted, but as she hadn't exactly explained that part about herself yet, she decided to leave that for a little later.
However, Tonya then decided to let Lance know what she could do by physically teleporting him to Las Vegas without any warning, and soon she had teleported him back to the park they were in. Eventually Tonya described her ability in a bit more detail to Lance, telling him what it was called and what she could do. She grinned at Lance, "Yeah, it's a cool ability alright." He then asked if she found it daunting having an ability sometimes. She shook her head then, "No, not really. All of my family have an ability other than my oldest sister, so I'm really used to it, you know? The good thing is, I could take you anywhere you wanted to go, and all you would need was a little money to spend when you were there." She hoped she hadn't come across too open with the suggestion of taking him anywhere he wanted to go.
"Well, my ability isn't destructible to others, but even if I did have one which could be, I wouldn't use it for that purpose. I'm not in habit of hurting others." Tonya blushed a little when she said that, not really knowing why she was blushing. It wasn't as if she was aiming what she had said to Lance, she was meaning it in general terms.
Tonya had then asked if there was anywhere he wanted to go and he'd suggested going back to Las Vegas as he had only glimpsed it briefly before. So she took him back and then asked if he wanted to walk around seeing the sights or go to her place and listen to some music. She was glad he had opted to go and listen to some music. Her house wasn't too far from where they were, so she didn't see the point in teleporting there even though she could have.
"Alright, well we can walk to my house then, it's not too far from here, and it will allow you to see the sights on the way." They would walk by the most prestigious gambling casinos on their way to her house, one of them being The Corinthian, and they would also walk by her cousin Brendan's rather large house, mansion more like really. However Lance's age came back to her mind then and she wondered if he would feel a bit off being with someone who was still a teenager.
She hadn't let go of his hand, which she had taken to teleport them there, and with her free hand as they began to walk in the general direction of her home, she began twiddling with her hair, "So, Lance, I have to ask, you cool hanging with me, seeing how am not even nineteen yet?"

Lance listened to how all of Tonya's family had an ability, all but her oldest sister, and was used to it. He had to smile, when she commented about how she could take him anyway, and he would only need money to spend when he was there. "Cool. Well, will have to remember that one." Lance then nodded, when she said that if she had an ability that could be destructible, she wouldn't use it for that purpose. "I do get that vide about you. You seem too nice to be evil." He smiled, then looked down, knowing that he had given her a compliment, not before he had seen that blush of hers.
So once again they were back in Las Vegas on the strip, which is where Lance said he wanted to go back to. But he had explained that he wasn't old enough to gamble, and so did Tonya. At least they had that in common then. Tonya then mentioned that they can walk to her house then, as it wasn't too far from where they were right then. He liked the idea of seeing the sights, as he had never been to Las Vegas. Lance soon wondered if Jackson would ever perform here with C-PAX. He couldn't wait to share this little adventure with Jackson. Something to really spill his guts about.
Lance had noticed that Tonya had not let go of his hand, after she teleported them here for a second time. But really, he didn't care. It felt kind of nice to hold her hand. Then they started to walk in the direction of where Tonya lived. Lance couldn't stop looking at the casino's that lined the strip. They just looked so huge and very glamourous, and somewhere where he doubt that he would ever be let in, even if he was old enough. It seemed that in the movies, the only people who played the games in there were very wealthy people, and he was not even close to that.
As they walked, Tonya had asked him if he was cool with hanging with her, basically despite her age. He turned and grinned at her. "I'm cool with it. You seemed much older than you say you are. I kind of thought that maybe you were close to my age. But really, you are only a couple of years, so not that much difference really." Lance kind of shrugged, then continued to look around at the sights.

After Tonya had told Lance she could take him anywhere he wanted and all he would need was money to spend then he was there, she hadn't meant to be quite, well, so full on, and she had blushed slightly. However, it seemed Lance was unphased by what she had said. Instead, saying he would have to keep that in mind. She grinned, "Awesome, so if ya suddenly get the impulse to go somewhere, ya know..." She trailed off as she put her hand to ear making a phone gesture, "...call me!" She gave him a bright smile, of course she'd have to give Lance her number so that he could do just that, call her.
Tonya had told him that even if she did have a destructible ability, but even if she did have one, she wasn't in the habit of hurting others, and she had blushed after saying it, even though she had no idea why she had. She couldn't help but smile and blush again at Lance's response. "Thanks." She couldn't deny she was nice, or at least tried to be, but she wasn't big headed enough to say that she knew that about herself, so it was always nice to hear it from other people.
Tonya hadn't let go of Lance's hand since she had teleported them both back to Las Vegas, she didn't know why, other than she thought it felt nice, and figured if Lane didn't like it, he would drop her hand, but so far he hadn't and she was quite happy about that fact. However, as she twiddled her free hand around in her hair, she asked Lance if he was cool hanging with her, considering she wasn't even nineteen yet, although she would be in a month or so.
She couldn't help but grin when he replied, especially when he'd said that he thought she was closer to his age, and that she was only a couple of years younger, and it really didn't seem to bother him at all. "I'm glad, I know a lot of guys around your age, wouldn't be seen with someone my age." They continued to walk, and she noticed Lance take a look around at the sights. She was glad she had thought about walking to her home, and not just teleporting them there.
They had soon walked by her cousin Brendan's massive house, and on their side of the road was a park, she pointed to it, "If we cut through the park, it will only take us another five minutes to get to my home, or we walk around the long way, which will take another ten or fifteen minutes, your choice?" She grinned at him, she didn't mind either way, although in truth, she more or less used her teleporting ability to get her around, so walking was a bit of an adventure to her now.

"Okay," Lance said, giving her a warm smile. It would be pretty cool to be able to know someone who could take him anywhere at a moments notice. Then he thought it would be cool if she could take him anywhere so that he could take pictures of cool places, then go around to the newspapers, showing them the pictures he had taken. Then he might just a get a full time job somewhere as a photographer. "Will have to get your phone number then, if I want to contact you." Lance quickly pulled out his phone, and put in her name as a new contact. He looked at her then, waiting for the number to be said. Once he had it, he looked at it, then put his phone back in his pocket. So now he had a girl's number in his phone, besides his brother's fiancee's.
Lance just shock his head about what Tonya said about other guys her age. "Well, you have nothing to worry about. I don't think that I am like those guys then. Age is not an issue." Lance smiled at her, then continued to continue to look at the sights. After a few minutes, Lance began to notice the huge mansions in the area. There was one that he felt himself kind of stare at, then Tonya pointed to a park across from the mansion. He slowly turned his gaze, and shrugged. "I'm fine with walking through the park."
Before they started their descent, Lance pointed back at the mansion behind them. "Do you know who lives there? It seems that they might be some sort of big honcho or something. I don't think that I would notice a celebrity house if it was staring me right in the face." There weren't that many celebrity houses in New York City, since there were more hotels or apartments, where celebrities stayed.
